It was ok until night fall.they don't tell you that its right next to the strip club and at about two am this pimp came to collect his goes and he woke up the whole hotel. Not a good experience

I was overall satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. It's not in the best neighborhood, which would be my only complaint.

The stay was good however I have a major complaint, one of the rooms I booked had a leak in the bathroom coming from a room above mine. This was noted at the front desk. I informed Steven (I think that was his name). This was not corrected.

We were able to check in earlier in the day. The pool that was advertised was not open and looked like it had not been for some time. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Very easy to get to from the express way.

Pool closed "for repairs"...looks like it's been closed for year's. Many closed and out-of-business stores and restaurant's in this strip along Brice Rd. Came here for a big event @ National Trail Raceway and will look elsewhere next time.

This was an overnight stay on the way to Grand Rapids, so we didn't expect much. The room was spacious, very clean, well stocked, quiet, and conveniently located near the highway. What more could anyone want from a budget hotel?

they showed a pool on there site that up and running , when we got there the pool looked like it had not been open all year it had leaves and dirt in it was alot smaller than i expected would have wanted to stay another night but it wasn't what i expected at all. i have pics of the room and the pool you should really update the hotel.

Had a power outage for 5 days and stayed here for the AC and free wifi. It was comfortable, but no frills. Toilet wouldn't stop flushing, smoke detector had been torn down and was lying on a dresser. Clientele were kind of shady.

This hotel is by far THE WORST HOTEL I EVER BEEN TO. Staff had us waiting for two hours before we could go into our half cleaned room! Air conditioner was not working (blowing hot air) we called the front desk 8 times waited about 3 hours before anyone showed up by then my fiancé had taken it apart (by the way it was hardly together) we were promised […] a pool but behold the pool was emptied! Which left our kids so upset! Cable tv was fuzzy there were no wifi in the rooms just in the dining area which hardly picked up a signal! No alarm clock nor coffe maker in the room! Breakfast was horrible! And ppl next door complained of drug sales all night! I will tell everyone I know not to ever go there! Read more

nice except for noice of people above at 1 AM. Hotel personal very pleasent. I would have liked if double up on supplies ( towels, coffee etc.) as We like to shower on arrival and again in morning. Overall good for price.

It was supposed to be a smoking room, there were no ash trays in the room. The hair dryer in the room didn't work, and there was supposed to be free wifi, that also didn't work. The staff was very friendly and courteous.e

This is a hotel that is reasonable, but not flashy. The price was right. The exterior seemed a little in need of renovation, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. The walls were a bit thin and the neighbors were loud when they came in late. This hotel was very nice for the price. The pool could have been cleaner but the staff was AWESOME. We could not have asked for much more. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff was super nice. This was also the best I have ever slept in a hote. I would stay here again.

The lobby will fool you into thinking the rooms are better quality. My room smelled of urine, which made the stay uncomfy. There is a strip club right next door. If you stay on the bottom floor I hope you have respectful people upstairs, not the excited elephants we had.

This hotel was not bad when you drove up. It is right off the highway but be ready for surprises. I checked in with my kids and when we got to our room one bed was not made and there were wet towels on the ground leading from the bathroom. My daughter went to use the toliet while I went to complain. She came running down to me saying the toliet was […] overflowing and was filling the room. The front desk appologized and said I was not aware they were working on that room. I was changed to another room (next door). The water did not come over fortunately but it doesn't end there.
