The hotel room we received was very dingy and unclean. The bathroom was cramped and the first time we turned on the water it was yellow. The pool had a layer of film on it that was very disgusting looking, so we opted not to even bother. Because I booked through Hotels.com I had to fill out some extra paperwork. The breakfast was not very good. The only nice thing they offered was a nice coffee machine. Won't stay again.

The front desk ladies were always nice, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the hairdryer broke when in use, but I had a quick response from the front desk and it was replaced proptly. Our stay was satisfactory, we didn't heard any noises at night and after all, were happy with the price.

No outside lights on the back side of hotel, at least they were not working. Scary coming in at night.

The room smelled musty the two days I was there. Half of the lights didn't work in the room also.

It's an older hotel. Nothing is really that updated the actual hotel. The pool looked nice and I was told the resteraunt is good. Although we did not get the chance to eat there. Would have been nice if it was open for breakfast. Then we would have. PROS The pillows are typically hard, but the bed was actually a nice surprise. Fairly comfortable. The bathroom seemed clean the shower head was nice. And actually enough water pressure to shower. If all you want is a place to sleep, this is it. CONS We would not walk on the carpet in bare feet. Did not seem clean at all. Overall it seemed run down and unkempt. The exception being the bathroom. Hallways and doors seemed well abused. The exterior doors to the hallways no longer lock. Didn't seem very secure. The little lady tore her hamstring skiing the first day. We were on the second floor and this older hotel has no elevators. That kinda sucked. I don't know if this is a RedRoof problem or hotels.com, but we choose a king bed and were given 2 queens. RedRoof claimed it was a "request" not a garrentee. Seems there is a disconnect that should be closed. If Hotels.com lists it, I would hope it's available.

The hotel was in a good location and was pretty clean. The downside was the sleeping arrangements. It wasn't as comfortable as you'd hope and the bedding could use improvements. But for the money it was worth it I guess.

Hot tub was just body temperature. Walking to the front desk for pool towels, was a hike. Non-registered guests were let into the pool area by registered guests. No monitoring. Sauna was sufficiently warm, but needed updating on benches.

Forgot our camera, they FEDX the camera to us at not cost. I REALLY appreciated the effort that they chose to go out of their way.

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. They had very nice rooms, including a microwave and refrigerator, large pool, and was close to several attractions. We will definitely stay here again.
