Picked this hotel for its location. Very close to Earls Court tube station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was unlimited and included just about anything you could want, including champagne! Nice garden at back of hotel. Only downside was that we felt the beds were a bit too hard for us and had to request another pillow. Otherwise was a really pleasant stay.

Hotel is close to the tube (Earls Court) but away from most tourist areas. The room was in okay condition but in the basement and had no sunlight or views. The bed was not very comfortable. There was NO wifi in the room but a high speed physical connection was provided. Breakfast was not included and costs 14 pounds per person per day.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in and I would definitely return for another visit- the room was clean and quite large by London standards, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right beside tube station on the district and circle lines offering easy access to most areas of central London. While the area itself did not have much in terms of tourist attractions/shopping opportunities, these are all easily accessible on the tube. While the lift seemed rickety and the floorboards creaky, our room was perfectly clean and we could have absolutely no complaints. The bar food was excellent and the staff there extremely efficient and pleasant at all times and I would recommend this as a great value hotel in a good area of London.

The room was extremely small and the beds were very uncomfortable. The cramped feeling was made worse by the two large support pillars in the room. The bathroom was tiny. However, the rooms and entire hotel was very clean. They had a nice garden out back. The free internet was spotty. It is close to the Earl's Court tube station but not within walking distance to any of the sights we wanted to see. The hotel badly needs to upgrade the furniture and carpet in their rooms, especially the beds.

We stayed there in June 2008. A nice hotel in a more residential neighborhood, near several good museums. The staff is helpful; Internet is free; small stores and cafes nearby. We had a triple room that overlooked the hotel garden and it was quiet. Hotel is near the Earls Court station which has direct access to the Circle and Piccadilly metro lines. It would have been nice if our reservation had included the breakfast (it is expensive),but we could shop nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Not too sure what we would get when I booked, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was huge (compared to our room in Paris) and clean. The hotel allowed smoking in the common areas; was too smoky in the room with the computers. But the fact that the hotel had computers and printers was a major plus. The selling point for us was the location. It is a nice neighborhood with pubs and the GBK is awesome. It's about a block from a tube station that goes directly to Heathrow or to Wimbledon! If we decide to go to Wimbledon again, we will definitely stay here.

The location of the hotel is not exactly central, but close enough to the tube station that it does not represent a difficulty to get around. We stayed at the K+K for a weekend in July, 2008. The hotel was very nice, the staff was helpful and the room was very clean. The best part, however, was the location. Not only was it a short walk to the Earl's Court Station (which gave us access to the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines) but it was also close to multiple good restaurants - both for lunch/dinner as well as breakfast. The room was a little small and cramped for three adults but it had all the necessities (including free wireless internet) including a marble bathroom (shower only, no tub - which is okay by me). I would stay at this hotel again.
