Not a 3 star hotel, more like 1 star
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Not worth more than €50/night. It's super dated, staff isn't very professional, and it has subpar core amenities. Wifi: What wifi? In room wifi doesn't consistently stay connected, often won't connect, and has a very faint signal. Beds: There is no comforter on the beds at all. There's a very thin fleece throw. The beds also are loud and sink-in upon sitting. Not comfortable. Feels like a camping cot. Bathroom: It has terrible plumbing. The plumbing wouldn't be that big of an issue if there was a shower stall or tub to contain the water. Since neither exist water covers the entire floor when showering, making it very messy. Lighting: Dark room and there's nothing the hotel offers to brighten it up. Feels like a dungeon or basement. General quality: The hotel is advertised as a three star hotel and I don't believe it fits that designation. Issues with the wifi, beds, and bathroom (core tenets of a solid hotel stay) drive down rating significantly. Location: Faitly close to Termini, not not close to major attractions. Not heavily populated with great restaurants or shops either. I'm general, not a lovely area for natives or tourists.

Excellent4.0 / 5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was really close to Roma Termini which was a huge plus with all the shops and quick access to transportation. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't care for was the extra firm beds and the room was hot but we opened the window since we were on the second floor. Great hotel:)

just ok
Room was tiny just enough space for 3 single beds. The bathroom was so small the sink actually came over the toilet and you had to sit sideways to use the toilet. Otherwise it was clean and air conditioned. Breakfast was just coffee/cappuccino with bread, pastry yogurt and fruit. No eggs/meat. Location wise it's close to the termini station but far from the main attractions.

No frills, but comfortable
We found the room to be small, but adequate for our stay. We were there to tour Rome and really just needed a clean place to sleep. We were comfortable. The central air conditioning kept the room pleasant, but not cool. There is a television in the room, but many channels were not received. If you enjoy Italian television it is there for you. The continental breakfast was good, especially their cappuccino. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. My only caution would be not to forget the visitor fee (four euro per person per day) that is charged at the end of the stay. The receptionist would not take a credit card but insisted on cash. I was headed to the airport and had spent all my euros, but he took American dollars (pro-rated) instead. This hotel is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) from the train station. I would consider staying here again but would shop around first for a better price.
