We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

This hotel has a great location. Right at the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The clubs were far enough not to be bothered by their noise... (but within a few minutes walk). Parking was no problem at all; we easily found a free parking spot on the street every day. No need to use the hotel's paid parking area. The hotel only offered an expensive wired internet connection, but there's a McDonald's across the street that has free wifi. Also the entire beach area offers free wifi, although very slow. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Wide varity and there was someone making eggs and pan cakes every day. The room was pretty good. Nice bathroom and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the bay (partially). Nothing really to complain about. Well, maybe the AC. It wasn't really working and on our last day it completely stopped working. Very nice hotel in an excellent location.Staff are very friendly and the hotel and pool area are well maintained and there is plenty of choice at breakfast. One or two issues are that the corridors are quite noisy as guests make their way to breakfast, there are no hairdryers in the room and the drinks around the pool area are a little expensive.

Ausgesprochen gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Kein Luxus aber suer Standard. 1a Strandlage ( Pool, Happension und Animation nicht genutzt). Jackies ist ein tolles Restaurant in der Nähe ( recht Hand wenn man vom Hotel auf den Strand guckt). Palma unbedingt Abends bei Tapas genießen ( Dia Bar unten in der Altstadt).

Wij vonden het top. Ontbijt voortreffelijk en diner erg uitgebreid. Als je niet te vroeg naar bed gaat heb je geen last van lawaai. Bij ons was het rustig vanaf ca 23.30. u. Ik kan van mijn kant het hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Der var dejlig stor pool, underholdning om aftenen. Stor mangel at der ikke var køleskab. Havde bestilt halv pension de 3 dage vi var der, fik desværre meget dårlig mave den sidste aften.
