Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was nice, the room was clean and modern, the internet and TV channels were great, and the location worked well for me, especially given the metro stop literally across the street. I had already spent time near the Rossio train station, which was a fantastic location, but staying in a different neighborhood gave me another experience of Lisbon which I really appreciated. There were lots of snack bars, parks, a mall, a movie theater, and work places close to the hotel, so I felt more like a local staying in that area. The only drawback of the hotel was the noise. I could hear my neighbors coughing through the night, but apart from that it was a great choice.

NH Liberdade is very well located, within 10 minute walk to the Commercial centre, Chiado, Rossi etc., all the areas that as a tourist you would want to see. There are many restaurants within the area, some just downstairs the hotel. If you are into shopping, there are many small and large stores within walking distance. Gucci is right outside the hotel door. A taxi stand and the metro are also right outside the hotel. The hop on hop off bus stops just outside the hotel. The hotel is really very conveniently located. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable enough but could do with a little updating.It would be remiss of me not to personally mention how mpressed we were by the front desk staff!! Absolutely amazing! Carlos and Rui C. stand out as just being extremely helpful and informative.They personify customer service. Thank you both for helping to make our trip to Lisbon special.

Rooms spacious, kitchen needs updating but still good. No real enthusiasm from staff no real greeting but when asking a question they were helpful. Breakfast was ok, always running out of stuff, no system of replenish before running out. Good location! Takes half an hour walk to centre cascais and the many beaches within 15 mins. Good holiday!

We had originally booked two double rooms and had just checked in and started unpacking when the reception phoned offering us an upgrade to a suite for four people. This meant that we could enjoy more time together as friends and relax together on the balcony instead of seperate rooms. We purchase some drink from the reception and paid in cash, about […] an hour later we received a call from reception appologising as we had been overcharged by one euro. My point is that the people in the hotel could not be more friendly and helpfull. The hotel is between Cascais and Estoril and within easy walking distance to both. There is a boardwalk which joins the two towns and the hotel is an easy walk from there, Up a slight incline and not a great big hill. The people we met in the area were genuine and friendly and we would most definately go back to the same hotel again some time. Read more

Hotel is nice with an ok size pool. It's very handy to have a small kitchen however it's a little dated, but everything works & it's been maintained well. The breakfast finishes at 10am, which is just a bit too early if you want to be ready to go straight out after. There is a great patisserie 30seconds walk around the corner.

Het eigen keukentje geeft wat vrijheid terwijl het inbegrepen ontbijt toch ook prettig is. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en wat Engels getint ( eieren, witte bonen, bacon) maar er was ook ruim voldoende keus uit brood, beleg etc. etc. De ligging is prima voor een Lissabon bezoek en ver van de drukte van een grote stad. De afstand naar het vliegveld […] is ongeveer 30Km, de afstand naar het centrum is ongeveer 25Km. Binnen een straal van 80Km heel aardige bezienswaardige dorpjes, stadjes, kastelen enz..Een (huur) auto is zeer aan te raden en hoeft niet veel te kosten (prijzen op het vliegveld en omgeving vanaf <10 euro/per dag). Großes Apartment mit separatem Kinderzimmer und extra Badezimmer. Wir hätten nicht mit so großen Räumen gerechnet und waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Hotelpersonal. Obwohl sehr wenige Gäste im Hotel waren, wurde das komplette und reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet gereicht. Der Innenpool und das Sprudelbad kann leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten (MIttagszeit […] und Abends von 18-20 Uhr) benutzt werden, ist aber da er Teil eines Thai-Massagestudios ist, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. El hotel esta remodelado. El trato de los recepcionistas bastante correcto, exceptuando uno de ellos. Hablan castellano. Estuvimos 4 dias y no nos funciono el wifi en la habitacion ni uno. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, das Hotel gut ausgestattet,leckeres fruehstueck...einziger Wermutstropfen: kein WLAN im Zimmer, nur direkt an der Rezeption .der Bahnhof fu Fahrten nach Lissabon ist ca 10min entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlenswertes Hotel

We stayed at Clube do Lago with our baby boy for one week and was very pleased. The service was exellent, the breakfast buffe´was delicious, the pool area was lovely(with toys to entertain our baby) and our room was clean and neat. Some small complaints would be that the beds are a bit hard and that our bathtub got clogged due to slow drainage after […] a shower/bath witch would make us classify the hotel as a 3 star hotel. We did not find it hard to walk up and down the 'monte' everyday, not even with our stroller. But be prepared for some exercise! È stata una gradevole esperienza di relax totale, l'hotel é piccolo ma offre dei servizi buoni, la pulizia delle camere avviene giornalmente. We hebben samen 8 dagen hier geslapen, prima studio/kamer. Iedere dag schone handdoeken, kamer opgeruimd. Personeel is behulpzaam en spreekt voldoende Engels. Het hotel ligt wel een klein beetje bergop en het onbijt is voldoende, maar niet erg uitgebreid. Wel een aanrader!

La descripción del hotel explicaba que todas las habitaciones estaban equipadas con microondas. Esto no es cierto para nosotros supuso una gran incomodidad. Ademas las horas de apertura de la piscina cubierta son muy reducidas: dos horas por la mañana y dos por la tarde.
