We stayed the night of Aug 19 for a concert in Nashville, so the hotel was sold out. With that being said, the line to check in was 5 people deep. The rooms were not ready, even though I was checking in 2 hours following check in time. There was an issue with air conditioning, so the hallways, lobby, and elevators were hot enough to make you sweat. A gentleman in front of me in line was down to complain that the a/c in his room was out and it had been 2 hours. Luckily, the air in our room worked, but it did leak. So the carpet around the unit was soaked. But we noticed this first thing and avoided that side of the room. The room and hotel were a bit dated, but for the price, it was expected. The room was exceptionally clean, no complaints there. And the location was great for us, as well. Overall, I would say that the rooms are what you would expect for a $100 a night hotel. The staff working the front desk were not prepared, and maybe it was just due to the fact it was a Tuesday night and they were sold out bc of the concert. But either way, they were not going out of their way to be accomodating, by any means.

Was disappointed that the room was not ready by check in time which required a wait before we could fill out the paper work and then when we went to the room, the cleaning staff was still not finished. A/C worked poorly. Refrigerator was dirty and contained food from previous guest.

Staff was AWESOME! But ask if youre gettn a fridge and microwave in room, that is if you want them. Location super convenient to familys north east nashville home, also to Briley pkway/ nash outerloop interstate. Will return.

Upon arrival the bathroom/toilet was dirty even though housekeeping had already been there. Front desk person was not very friendly . Heard noises In the walls like mice. Great location to go to Opryland and hotel etc.

Located by great restaurants and with easy access to Opryland and being fairly close to downtown which is all good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well and coffee maker, tv and furniture were in very good condition. The bathtub looked a little worn out, but the shower spray was excellent. With just one elevator it was a little time consuming, but the complimentary breakfast made up for the elevator, it had meats, eggs, waffles, cereals, light yogurt and drinks that everyone could find something to eat and be satisfied. We would go back.

We stayed here for a week for a conference. The room was not cleaned 3 of the days we stayed there despite repeated calls to the front desk. We had to chase down the maids in the hallways to get soap and towels. The maids always seemed to be gossiping/complaining in groups in the hallway instead of working. Very frustrating! The desk staff would always say they were short staffed or someone just walked off the job. I was ok with that the first day but not the second and third day. Stay away!!!

I stayed here for the past 3 nights to try and save a little money while attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. I am an avid traveler and, while I don't have the money to stay in 5-star, I am usually able to find a decent hotel for a good deal. I can confidently say that this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I have blonde hair, my husband is bald, and there was dark hair everywhere. Clumps of dark hair under the sink, in the shower, all over the hair dryer. I unfolded a "clean" towel to find a long dark hair stuck in it. There was a long line of thick mold coating the shower. Our room was "cleaned" and not a single dark hair was touched so they must not have cleaned the bathroom. My feet stuck to the carpet, the entire hotel smelled bad. I told the woman at the front desk and she looked at me like I was crazy. I appreciate a good deal and wasn't expecting luxury, or even modern decor, but this hotel was just dirty.

Lots of places to eat within walking distance, in all price ranges.The pool was nice, but beside the road, so extremely noisy but the actual hotel is well soundproofed and we had a peaceful and very pleasant stay. Hotel was located right off of 155 and if you are going to Opryland, would be very convenient. The night clerk was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were sufficient if you just needed someplace to shower and sleep. There was breakfast supplied but the starting time was variable and the type of food was basic. There is wifi availability in the rooms. Housekeeping would only clean make your bed only if you left nothing on the bed ( a polite note was placed on the bed explaining this)

They were advertising that they needed a housekeeper. So that put up red flags. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. Something felt off and dirty. Entries and elevator floors could use sprucing up. The staff were all very nice.

The hotel was short on housekeeping staff so the overall cleanliness was only fair. We asked for no cleaning, only towels on our last night and never received our towels. Staff overall was friendly enough to customers but overall did not seem happy in their job except for one young man who was in the dining room for the first few days of our stay. He was Exceptional!!!! Overall I would rate the hotel just satisfactory.

The location was a decent cab ride to downtown, with plenty of dining choices. (Definetly suggest a cab because the shuttle service is less than reliable) The hotel room itself was a good size. However if you don't like cold showers, filth from a previous tenant and sarcastic customer service, then this is not the appropriate hotel for you.

Hotel is in a great location if you want to go downtown but not pay for a pricey hotel. Night clerk who checked us in was pretty unhelpful. He said he would look for a roll away bed for us. We had to remind him two more times and never got one. The woman the next morning did locate one for our second night and she was very nice. Room was not that clean. Towels smelled stale. Bedding was stained and we found a hair in one bed before anyonr was near it. Shower was clean though which was important to me. Also three bags of trash sat outside the side entrance door for two days. I finally said something as we checked out but the desk clerk didn't seem so concerned. I would most likely try another hotel if I went back to Nashville. Not horrible though. I would stay again if I had no other options.

This is probably the grossest place I've ever stayed. The room was not clean. Sink/vanity was filthy. Used soap left in shower. Stains on comforter and pillows. Could be a nice place if it was clean. DId not dare to eat the free breakfast.

Just passing through to go to the grand old opry. Booked this hotel because of location. what a pleasant surprise so close to opry land just 1.6 miles away it was the best location! the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. would stay again and probably will when we go back.

The place was some what run down but rather clean. It was almost impossible to get the water in the shower to turn on. We were told to really "pull" on the handle. I truly thought I would break the pipe before it came on. An older person would never get it on I'm sure. I went down around 8AM to get coffee to bring back to the room and I checked around to see what was being served for breakfast. There was only a spoonful of eggs and no meat at that time. When we returned around 9AM to have breakfast there was no eggs and a few link sausages. The biscuits were cold and almost gone. The lady running the breakfast area was rude and was throwing things around to imply she was very mad. They had run out of most of the foods for breakfast. The best we could get from her in response to our questions was a "grunt!" I consider the breakfast as part of what I paid for but I didn't have breakfast! Never again!

Nice hotel, great location. Close to all the Opry Land Attractions. Easy on and off the highway. Breakfast was pretty standard fare. Breakfast room was on second floor which seemed a tad odd. I worried about noise in the hall as people had to pass our room to go eat but it wasn't an issue.

This hotel is in great need of general maintenance - The lobby and hallways had damaged walls, doors and carpet. The rooms were only moderatly clean - our bathroom needed a good scrubbing. All this made it feel like a lower quailty facility than it is. Also, the breakfast was awful - worst I've had in a long time. The coffee was brown water... From the time the doors opened at 6:30 AM, we never saw the hotel associate again for the 40 minutes we were in the breakfast room and there were several visitors that needed her assistance...

I am easy to please. A clean room with wifi and a good value are all I require. I wasn't displeased with this hotel, but it would be a bit below the standards of many travelers that are more particular than me considering the price. This is a $50 motel room at best, not a $100+ room as it is. Location is the only excuse for the price for this average room. My biggest complaint would be the strange "mini pillows". Never encountered these before, you get 4 half pillows per bed instead of 2 regular size. Did not enjoy that at all!!!

We stopped to check in at 3PM and desk clerk went down the hall to see if room was ready. He came back about 5 minutes later and said the room was ready. We parked and took our bags to the room to fine out that the staff had just started to clean. So we put our bags back in the car. Came back about 4 hours later. Room was clean and location is close to Opry Land Hotel and Opry Mills Mall. Good location. Enjoyed our stay. Not a real fancy place but was OK for a place to sleep.

The hotel overall looked outdated. The rooms were small and didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room next door to us stayed up all night drinking and arguing. I called the front desk to complain at almost 4 in the morning. The phone rang almost 15 times before the desk clerk answered. I think they heard me tell the clerk that he needed to call the police because the got quite after that. Lastly the air conditioner wouldn't stay on long enough due to the thermostat setting so it was very hot. I can honestly say I will never stay at this hotel again.

Spent the previous two nights at Opryland and paid more than three times per night than this hotel. This was certainly not a Gaylord hotel, but for the fee, it was clean, quiet and had a free breakfast.

The front desk personnel were awesome, especially the young African American guy who seemed to always be there. He was so helpful, telling us good places to eat and to go see. Always smiling and so nice. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no microwave or fridge in the room. I had a gastric bypass so I can't eat an entire meal so being able to bring it back to the room for later is nice. Unfortunately I had to throw alot of food out. I also like cold Diet Mt. Dew without having to put ice in it;. Other than that our stay was very nice.

Reasonable price for the room, great location if your event is at opryland. Did have problems with hotel, left out very early in the am for conference and back in evening to a room that was NOT cleaned. Spoke with front desk staff who offered to give me more towels, then stated maybe some kids put the Do not disturb sign in your door.- till 700 pm?? Awake to leave the next day and my car is broken into in the parking lot, even parked under the light. Security camera gone from the back lot. Police officer said happens very often.

This motel room was unsanitary, hair in bed,dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod Air conditioner worked half of the time Rooms were nasty
