We took our 3 children with us to a wedding. I booked with hotels.com and was sure I was getting a suite. My husband is a terrible snorer! We would be able to shut the French doors and be able to sleep. Upon entry to our room, I was disappointed. Nice, but no doors for separation. The location was in old downtown so a little more of a shady area and away from the newer strip malls and restaurants. There was a Cheescake Factory across the street so we spent more money than planned on dinner because we did not want to drive somewhere to eat. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were very good. The breakfast bar was really nice. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative thing was that the mattress on the cot we ordered needed to be replace.

.Our King suite room was so big & clean even with our small dog it was very quiet. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was good.Great Japanese food place near by Lighthouse.Close to the shopping mall ,.Lovely city park to walk my dog. Downtown area. Would stay again if ever in Lethbridge.

Next time in town I would not stay here. Hotel brings down my perception of the whole Holiday Inn Express network. This chain is usually quite ok. Experience was much like a budget hotel, for more money. The staff were indifferent, dismissive. Too bad. Stay elsewhere and pamper yourself.

I've stayed in the Holiday Inn Express before, so I knew the quality of the place. This is an excellent choice of a central location, just off Highway 3, across the street from the main shopping mall and in the general downtown area. Great food in the breakfast area.

Very good location but not enough parking. Had to park on the street 2 nights with a tag in the window. We had a parking ticket one morning but the hotel staff were very quick to take care of it. Our room was quiet and clean, with a bit of a post-smoking, stale/musty smell. The lobby, pool, and breakfast areas appeared clean and tidy.

Are stay was brief, but good, the only concern we had was with the busyness of the breakfast area. Because it was so packed and crowded, we were unable to grab some breakfast ( but that's what we get for sleeping in). All in all the stay was pleasant. Thank you and keep up with the good work.

We loved the suite! The microwave and fridge were great to help with lunches and the separate room allowed the adults to stay up after the kids got to bed. Breakfast included a great variety of foods. Close to the mall and a big park with water fountains the kids can play in.

It's right at the highway, which was convenient for us since we were arriving late and leaving Lethbridge again early the following morning. The breakfast was similar to what you find at other hotels. The main parking was full, but we was told to park behind the hotel and found a spot right next to the backdoor entrance.

Check in is quick. The breakfast is awesome. Parking is tight and hard to find at 11:00 PM. Bathroom needed a little more attention. Overall a good stay but not quite up to Holiday Inn's usual standard.

Wir können dieses Hotel empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Es gibt genügend gratis Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war eher entäuschend. Es gibt aber genügend Möglichkeiten, sich in der nahen Stadt zu verpflegen. Hinter dem Hotel hat es einen kleinen Park, wo man auch mal kurz draussen sitzen kann.
