You get what you pay for. After a long day of travel just needed a place to rest for a few hours. After we checked in and went to our room there was a female passed out in the stairwell. Would not stay at this location again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great travel hotel"
Right by the highway, cheap, decent breakfast and I rooms. Lots around it for food, gas, etc. Great if you need an affordable place. Only dissappointment was no exercise room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean and Comfortable"
Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. For the price we paid, we were very pleased. Breakfast was limited to waffles and donuts. Had to pay for the newspaper.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Not too "fresh", service does not speak English. Reasonable price!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth the try"
The hotel was dirty and never vacuumed, gum, pills and other things under bed skirt. I know you get what you pay for but this was not even worth $50 a night. My brother stayed at the same time in a room with almost nothing working correctly, the front desk clerk tried to help but it took a little longer than needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating but by far a sub par place.

We were told that only ground floor was a king size bed non smoking suite. The pillows were flat, bed was hard, stains on pullout couch/bed and carpeting. The hot tub was ok, we weren't expecting it, but you could tell the workmanship was shoddy. No refrigerator in unit. There was not small bug floating in toilet and a huge spider went crawling across the floor that hubby had to kill.. ugh.. I was very disappointed and never had this bad of a place at a Super 8.

Sink faucet didn't work properly, couldn't get hot water. Bed frame had pieces that stuck out and I hit my shin several times. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Quiet place
"Do not let you stay longer than a week if you have children"
10/30/14 T A Knoxville, Tennessee
I just started a job and was in need of a permanent place to stay until I found housing while I worked contract. I had three small children. Price was raised on me by 130.00 and after two weeks I was told they had no rooms, which was a lie. They also seem racist. When I checked in the man at the front desk told me it was a dangerous spot which was not true. The excuse the owner gave of why we couldn't stay was that he was renovating. The lady at the front desk said there were plenty of rooms. That is why people need to start doing business with American owners and stop dealing with foreigners.
"Sandpaper sheets, shabby, clean."
Sheets felt like fiberglass on exposed skin. Even with lotion neck & legs still irritated. Room was clean, towels thin. Faucet handle on sink broken so all it did was spin around & could not regulate water temp. NO hot water. This indicates to me housekeeping is using only cold water to clean. Reported it to front desk who said maintenance would look at it. Hmmm someone isn't doing their job, management , housekeeping? Unacceptable.
"Not worth the price!"

We requested a ground floor and was told there were none available. The truth is there were 5 empty rooms on the ground floor the following morning on the way to the car! We were told the only room available was a $95.00 suite. The room was in dire need of an update and smelled so musty that we actually purchased room freshener to try to mask it. It did little good. When I closed the bathroom door there were cob webs from floor to ceiling and a pile of dirt that appeared to have bee swept into the corner for months.

Every out dated. The price was over the top! Paid $93.00 for the one night we stayed. Staff was not the most helpful either. The only thing this place had going for it was that there were enough decent restaurants nearby.

Price was a bit high for the quality. Room was large but needed upgraded. We were told that there was a new owner and that they didn't have a credit card charge machine until the next day.

Decent room...we just stayed for one night travelling down I75. Everything was fairly clean...bathroom was pretty banged up but again, for what we needed everything for...decent bed, clean room, everything worked...we were okay. Breakfast was decent but we got there about an 45 minutes before it closed up and there wasn't much left. No coffee, no milk or orange juice, pastries and other offerings were pretty depleted. Looked like it hadn't been resupplied in quite awhile...and again, we got there about 45 minutes before it closed up...probably left about 30 minutes before and still, nothing. The front desk had no one there while we were eating so we weren't sure who to ask to get some things replenished so we just went with what was there. The A/C unit leaked in our room over night and the floor right around the unit was soaked. So...if you're just stopping for the night, okay...an extended stay I wouldn't recommend.
"Hard bed/Soft pillows"

The bed was nice and firm but I had to use two pillows to make it as if I was using one pillow. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was a very simple fare.
