It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

Best hotel I ever stayed at abroad! The people were extremely friendly and helpful with no language barriers. They got us settled in fast to a small but... clean room with mini fridge and nice bathroom (plus the largest bath towels I ever saw). They would hold your key for you when you were out and the room had a safe for security. there was a taxi stand near by and a few small restaurants and a cheap grocery store in which I bought food or under 10 Euro! The area was a walk from center Rome, but quiet and seemed safe. But the best part was the service, there was even a free breakfast with good pastries and the hotel had its own espresso machine! A nice man would come over to your table and take your coffee order do each morning you had a nice fresh cappuccino with breakfast. For the great price and fantastic service I was tempted to move in! There's not much to praise about my experience. The rooms are small, even compared to a motel room. The tv, which was about 10" in size, only had Italian channels. The staff was not friendly.

The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was good but never changes so a week stay could get get tiring. This is not a 4 star property. It definitely needs some repairs and upkeep. Some good neighborhood restaurants nearby. This property works at the right price.

The staff was nice and helpful. There was a standard, okay buffet breakfast consisting of croissants, juice, cereal, gross ham and cheese. Our room smelled like must and mold. It was also not very clean or kept up. The location was alright and about a fifteen minute walk to the nearest site.

A shabby hotel with dirty carpets and broken electrical switches and fittings. There is nowhere to put clothes other than a small hanging space,no mirror in the bedroom and no shower curtain in the bathroom. The rooms are very bare and the walls are grubby. The hotel is in reasonable proximity to Via Veneto and many of the major tourist attractions. You require a brisk 20 minute walk or public transport to get to the centre of Rome. Public transport is nearby to the hotel. Hotel is somewhat dated but maintained well by the housekeeping staff. Rooms are basic but clean. As is typical in Rome, the rooms […] are generally on the small side - this was no exception. Breakfast selection was very good and provided an excellent start to our long days of walking around Rome. General area is safe at night with a few nice restraunts and pizza places within easy walking distance. A negative was the fact that WiFi is not available in the rooms but only in the foyer/breakfast area - a little inconvenient but the actual internet speed was teriffic. Small room by noisy lifts & stairs. Curtains stained & bath sealant needed renewing but otherwise clean. Not sure it's worth he money, but that may just be what you have to pay in Rome for not a lot!

bin 4 mal im Executive gewesen. Seit den letzten 2 Aufenthalten wurde es immer schlechter. Es wird nichts mehr repariert ect. Zuletzt war dann noch der "Fahrstuhl" defekt (5 tägiger Aufenthalt). Leider nicht mehr zu emphehlen. 23.-28.11.2012

Der var beskidt da vi åbnede døren til værelset. Sengen var drøn hård, og ikke til at sove i. Personalet var ubehøvlede. Der kom ikke nye sæbe og toiletpapir hver dag, det måtte vi ringe efter når vi løb tør. Der var ingen balkon som lovet. Morgenmaden var virkelig skidt, varm mælk til cornflakes, som for øvrigt var tørre af at ligge fremme hele morgenen, […] og kun hvide boller der var så tørre at man skulle have rigeligt at drikke til for at skylle dem ned. Badeværelset var også beskidt, og der var badekar men den væg man kunne trække for var nærmest muggen, og man turde ikke rigtig røre ved den. Vandet skiftedes mellem varm og kold, så man kunne nemt brænde sig. Desuden var der kun et badekar at stå og bade i, som blev glat, så man kunne nemt falde når man skulle ud af det, da der ingen gummi var i bunden. Beliggenheden var ok, men der var lidt langt ind til centrum, men for raske mennesker der kan li at gå er det ingen problem. Der var kun WIFI i lobyen, ikke en gang i restauranten rakte det hvis man sad lidt bag ud. Alt i alt har dette hotel på ingen måde fortjent 4 stjerner, max 2, jeg rejser meget med mit arbejde, og har overnattet på mange hoteller, og der er ingen sammenligning med andre 4 stjernede hoteller. Een ok hotel. zeker niet geschikt als je echt wilt ontspannen. Ligging is niet direct centraal. Ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde. Mocht je roerei willen, dan moet je extra betalen. Kamer en decor oogt oud. Zeker niet 4 ster waardig.

Kamer was netjes en elke dag nieuwe handoeken. Wij hadden wel een douche welke van heet naar lauw naar koud ging en weer opnieuw. Ontbijt was wat minder( behalve de koffie welke zoals overal in rome top was), maar prima om de dag mee te beginnen. Het hotel ligt 15 minuten van Termini vandaan en is dus makkelijk lopend te doen. Als je een taxi neemt […] ben je rond 11e kwijt, om de hoek bij hotel stoppen er ook genoeg bussen. Over het algemeen een prima hotel met aardig personeel, maar het is eerder een drie sterren hotel. Hiernaast nog een aanrader! Koop een omnia pas. Hiermee kan je in veel musea gratis binnen (colosseum en forum bv.) en mag je gratis met openbaar vervoer en tourbus mee wat wel zo handig is aangezien de bezienswaardigheden behoorlijk uit elkaar liggen. La propreté des chambres est assez douteuse (moutons sous les lits, moquettes sale....), dans la salle de bains (sans baignoire pour un 4 étoiles??, il n'y avait qu'une serviette pour 2, et la chasse d'eau était cassée, déposée par-terre pendant tout le séjour...........)

Boede her i 2 dage, og var noget skuffede over standerden af værelset. Over 10 ting var ødelagt eller defekt på værelset, og det forventer jeg ikke af 4 stjerner. Dog var morgenmaden helt i top, med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Ok hotel, dog max til 3 stjerner, og så skal man være lige gald med defekte ting.

Rommet var klart da vi kom, allerede kl 1200 om formiddagen. Hyggelig betjening. Pent og rent rom. Sentralt, men lite trafikkstøy. Tett ved et flott supermarket (mat) og en mengde restauranter. Grei spaserdistanse til sentrale bystrøk. Greit å komme til buss-ruter. Tok vanlig buss til og fra Stasjon Termini (flytoget).
