This was a very nice place to stay while in columbus. Been here before and it is always good. Only complaint was the cleaning lady started cleaning the room across the hall before we woke up. She left the door open so we heard all the noise from the vaccume. She also parked her cart in from of our door for some reason so we could hear her getting supplies […] off it. Nice clean rooms, cozy. Staff was super nice, cookies at check-in, continental breakfast one of the best I've had. Ladies taking care of the breakfast area were super attentive, even close to end of breakfast time. Will stay here again and again!

We booked this hotel to stay while driving from PA to IL on Christmas day. We bookexd it upon the reviews of others here on hotels.com. We were pleased with every aspect of the hotel. I found the check-in fast and pleasant. I requested a first floor room and received it without question. I found the room to be spotless, up-to-date, and quiet. The only thing missing was a channel guide for the cable TV which made it a little frustrating locating favorites. This is the first time that I have seen this. In other motels, usually if a person "checks" the area, it's the desk clerk and it's only sporadic, often times leaving food serving dishes empty. The rooms are large, clean, and well decorated. Every employee acted as if there were there just for you. Best breakfast I have EVER had at a hotel. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, blueberry waffles, strawberry waffles, and biscuits and sausage gravy along with all the normal items that all hotels have, i.e., bagels with […] cream cheese, sweet rolls, donuts, toast, english muffins, etc. We will stay here when in the Columbus area in the future. Both the Wall Street Journal and USA Today are free daily. The only problem was only 1 small trash can per room. We spend about 24 nights a year in hotel rooms and about 15 of them in the Columbus, Ohio area. Read more

Essentially everything was up to our standards. The only thing noted was with the towels and toilet paper. On a couple of occasions not all the used towels were replaced. On another occasion I had to go to the reception and ask for toilet paper. In the overall, I would stay there again as I found it very convenietn.

Stayed at the comfort in in sept 2011 room was good though smelled a little strongly of cleaning agents, be was comfortable staff was helpful. Free breakfast was nice, and on tuesdays there was a guest reception with free beer wine brats chips and the like for guests. Near to restaurants and entertainment. An excellent value.

We found it VERY irritating that the housekeeping staff found it necessary to knock on our door before 9:00 AM so that they could get in. Again I was on vacation and we were out late and wanted to sleep in. They continued to wake us up until I got up and told them to stop. The […] same thing happened the next morning. When I questioned the front desk about this the desk clerk informed me that the housekeeping staff is supposed to do that so that they can get done quicker. Both nights of my stay were ruined by little sleep. Very loud hotel guests were not made to quieten down by management. Adults and children running up/down hallways screaming/laughing past 2 AM.
