I will never stay at this motel again my kids were awakening in the middle of the night with bites on them so at one am I talked to front desk and they switched us rooms as we the had to carry all our things to the next room that only had one comfortable bed and a pull out couch

Very good place to stay ! Friendly service and very nice room for a very reasonable price. Another plus was the convience store like stuff they had up by the front desk. Th only negative was the hot tub and sauna were down during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I was happy to book this hotel because it was an Americinn. They are usually very cozy and roomy but this one was older and cramped. It didn't help that they were booked full both nights. The breakfast would've been nice if you could get to it but the line was so long it was easier to go to McD's. The hotel was really nice, but we stayed during something that had a lot of kids which made it hard to fall asleep. Also because its a pet friendly hotel be careful because we had a barking dog in the morning. Still the beds were very comfortable, the pool nice, and it was very clean.

The service we received was excellent; from check-in through breakfast. I gave a low score for cleanliness of room because we found a cigarette butt on the window-sill. Just glad I found it and not one of my children.

the hotel was nice enough but every person walking by was a loud thump thump outside the door. There were a lot of kids staying there the night we were and many ran down the hallways late into the night again the loud thumping and doors opening and closing.

I was highly disappointed, we never had our room cleaned once while we were there. When I called down to the office to inquire what we had to do to get service, they said if I BROUGHT the dirty linens and towels downstairs he would swap them out for clean ones!! Wow. Our rooms were very comfortable, inviting, and cozy. We used the fittness room, breakfast bar, coffee bar, and schuttle to the airport which were very useful to us. It was a good location for us be. Especially the airport schuttle and walking distance for a diner was handy. Best of all the rates were reasonable. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was not very good. The sausage gravy was cold. Syrup was not very tasty. No fresh fruit. Apple juice was watered down. We got into our room very late and the bathroom light didn't work very well. Cleaning staff didn't even wipe the sink. The only reason I chose this hotel was the water slide for my son. The water slide and pool were nice to use with our 2 year old. Do not stay in room 106. There was a loud vibrating sound behind our heads all night, because our room was behind the lobby fireplace and refridgerators. There was a blood stain on our comforter and our pillows were old and flat. We stayed over Christmas and there was no maid service available […] to swap things out. This AmericInn needs updating. While it is still a decent hotel, the bathroom was grunging just by the look. The room was clean, but could use major updates. My biggest pet peeve, which they can not do much about was the sheer amount of people and children in this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay for the night, this is not the place […] for you. The breakfast is crowded and they are supposed to have "adult swimming time" from 10pm-Midnight, but it was not enforced and there were pre-teens making out in the hot tub and children running around screaming until way past 10. Asked if he would enforce the rule and he said parents were complaining, so oh well. Also, they charged me an $8.00 a nite "resort fee." Overall, will not stay here again. Read more

The hotel had an indoor pool with waterslide for kids. The hotel staff were helpful, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was standard, but very tasty. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel to cater to your needs this is not it. If you're looking for a nice place to stay for a weekend, you will certainly not be disappointed by this hotel.

booked two rooms with two queen size beds when we arrived gave us one king sized bed in one room and one queen sized bed and a pull out couch in other. After complaining changed one room to two queen sized beds but said unable to change other room due to being fully booked. Stayed here in September. Was assigned to a first floor room; asked if they had anything upstairs - no. Got to the room; it was literally only big enough for the king size bed and the bathroom was small also. No chair other than the one at a small table. The door to the room stuck at the top of the frame and had to literally be pushed hard to shut. […] Room was missing some of the linens and rack to put the suitcase on; the gal at the front desk was going to bring them to the room. Then found hairs in the shower/sink. The gal finally moved me to a different room - upstairs and larger room that was way cleaner than the first. Breakfast was nothing special; the AmericInn in the town I live in has a better breakfast than this hotel did. This one definately needs some maintenance done. Read more

Desk clerks Stephen and Lindsay were extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and friendly. They seemed to truly be glad/happy that I/we were staying in their hotel, and they made me/us feel welcome.
