Everything about this resort is upscale and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept and I loved hearing the ducks. This is actually its own little city with all the amenities offered. My one complaint would be the layout of the room, the TV was small and in a very strange place and there was only a small table to use for eating or setting up a computer on. I would absolutely stay there again.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Went above and beyond my expectations of the stay.Price was amazing for the comfort and space of room you get. Front... office was so accommodating in my late check in that they left my keys with the front security gate officer. The hotel/building are an older property yet very well maintained. The staff was friendly, the room quite spacious, very clean and convenient to a concert we were attending at another hotel that had already been fully booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Stayed there during a trip to the area for the Kraft Nabisco Championship. As other reviews have stated: the bathroom is small but the room is clean. The free wifi is a plus. The room had satellite tv.

Good place to stay. Nice, well-equipped room. Good breakfast at extremely low cost. Great gym, pool, jacuzzi. Only negative for us is its distance to Indian Wells Tennis Center (we were there for the tournament) and better restaurants. If 20-30 minute commute each way is not a concern, this place is a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Perfect location for visiting the Indian Wells tennis tournament, about 10 minutes away. Very nice grounds, with six lighted (and free) tennis courts in good condition. The accommodations were dated but passable. Spacious room, with fridge and microwave. Negatives were pretty noisy in-wall air conditioner, somewhat lumpy pillows, very small bathroom, […] sparse amenities. On the other hand, the price was 1/3 of first class hotels. Really more like a motel than hotel, with convenient parking right in front of your room. We didn't try the restaurant, which was across the street in the golf clubhouse. I wouldn't recommend this for a romantic getaway, but for bargain hunters or as a base for other activities, this is a great option. We'll probably be back next year. Read more

Our stay was for one night and was good. We enjoyed breakfast at the Club House. We noticed that the bathrooms were small and the TV did not work very well. Went to use the hot tub at 8:00am but was locked out. The place is looking a little old but was comfortable.

Pros-We go every year to the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. This place is not too far from the venue. It has tennis courts and a decent gym. The room is not bad and the small kitchen (w/o stove) it's useful. We had an incident with the water faucet and it was taken fixed very quickly. That was very nice to see. Cons: bathroom is very small and our […] bed sheets were not replaced as often as they should. They kept leaving only two towels when we are a family of 3. Be cautions of which room you choose, the cheaper rooms are facing the parking lot and the view is partially blocked. We got one of those rooms but it was ok as we spend little time in the room. Room was nice. They need to adjust the armoire so you can see the tv from the bed. Not convenient hours for front desk. Staff were all very nice when they were there. Bathroom is really small but served its purpose if you are staying alone. Bed was comfy.

The room was decent size, nice and quiet. The parking lot was being repaved so there was a fairly long walk carrying suitcases. Cable TV did not work the first day and most of the second day. The front desk closes mid-evening so if there are any problems, you're on your own. Room was affordable and in the middle of a peaceful golf course.

Overall a nice place. Spacious rooms, but very small bathrooms. No breakfast available in the off-season. Can be slow to get in and out of. Vehicles that already have parking passes have to wait in the same line as people who have to checkin to get in.

This hotel was a disappointment. The carpet was soiled. The entire facility needs a makeover. The restaurant was closed during my stay. Only the location was convenient to my visit. You should book another hotel.

Very quiet area of the Indio/Palm Spring. The room is just been remodeled. It is very clean. One of the down side is that it does not have central air, so the air conditioning unit is kind of noise.

Nice big rooms with kitchen area (should have sink). Comfortable beds, clean, Convenient to Palm Desert, LaQuinta, all the golf courses.

The room was good size but I think many would find the bathroom too narrow. I was there as a single guy using the room so it was adequate for my needs but I think women would have a problem with the size and shape of the bathroom. Well, I like to be positive by starting out saying the Golf was great!!!! The course was clean,groomed and well kept. The rooms on the other hand were not so much. Hotel staff go home daily at 5:00, restaurant closes at 730, and the pool at 7:00. Its just a ok weekend stay. DoNot stay for longer.

GREAT PLACE in everything you need for a room . MY disappointing is that you arrive from your day to the hotel wondering in use the pool or hot tube, and it closes 7PM. So if yuo are lookin gfor aplace to relax on the pool after 7PM, do not satay in this place.

Perfect for pets and great for people! Excellent fish tacos at the restaurant/bar and nice patio. Not far from the casinos. Nice hotel location on the property - right off the golf course with the pool just steps away.

Everything was pretty good for the price except for the pool and surrounding neighborhood units. There are two small (but really small) pools and one big. This hotel was barely adequate, especially for the price. The gated security is a plus, but that was about the only positive. The room was small, the bathroom was outdated and WAY too small. This was a great little place to stay if you don't want to be mixed up with all the business of the nicer resort hotels and all the traffic I'm sure they had the weekend of the BNP Paribas Tennis event. This hotel was about a 7 minute drive west towards the Tennis Center. Check in was a breeze the room was nice and quiet. Beds were super comfy and I […] loved the kitchenette which also had a mini fridge. My two only comments are there was no bathtub and the coffee was so-so. Gated facility with guard house, nice rooms - motel style, ie, enter from outside. Good size room, small 'kitchenette' with mini fridge and microwave, but no sink. Good fitness center - it has actual members which is a good sign.

Our stay was very enjoyable. It is in a peaceful setting. The room was large with 2 comfortable beds. The only small disappointment was that the tennis courts (they have 5x) were all booked and we were unable to use them during our 3 day stay. The restaurant was very convenient and had good food and service.
