We came up spur of the moment and spent the night before going skiing at Breckenridge. They allow pets but there is a small fee. The hot tub was clean and hot. The breakfast was acceptable. The bed was comfy. Overall well worth the money to stay in Silverthorne.

The interior is shabby and the guy at the front desk was really rude. I booked a "suite" and was first assigned a normal room with two queens. Once I showed him my reservation, he changed us to a room with a king bed and sitting area. He said that they have no "suites" with doors. I don't know if this is a problem with Hotels.com or the hotel itself, […] but I am annoyed that the description on Hotels.com is called a suite when there are no suites there. Our stay was great. This Quality Inn was not only convenient in location; but very friendly in service! Two adults, two kids, and our dog were actually able to check in a couple hours early. This allowed us to put the pooch in nearby doggie-day-care (Dillon Dog Den) and squeeze in a few runs on arrival day! This hotel was great, located in beautiful Silverthorne. The rooms were large and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good considering it was included! (They even had a waffle maker, I'm a sucker for waffle makers...) The only place this hotel looses points in my opinion is the price. It wasn't outrageous, but more […] than I would have paid for a similar hotel in most other locations. However the Silverthorne area is relatively expensive in terms of lodging, as it is a ski resort town. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Silverthorne is a good location with lots of reasonably-priced food options. Only minus is that during the winter due to snow/ice, it will take 45+ minutes to reach Vail.

This was the first time we stayed in this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and staff was very friendly. It's within walking distance to Old Chicago, and an easy drive to the slopes in Keystone. It was also nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room (every room has one). We will be staying here again.

This hotel has comfortable beds but the whole place was pretty beaten up. There were lots of skiers here as the location is near the slopes but the breakfast area is small and filled with skiers and their equipment. We probably wouldn't stay in this hotel or town again. One of the perks is the outlet mall which is in walking distant. One other negative […] is the front desk lady who was sweet as can be but had nose and eyebrow piercings and rings hanging out of places they shouldn't be. Perfect for short stay (a night or two) when going skiing. Short drive to many resorts. Convenient location - one can go shopping to the outlets while the other might enjoy the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. Business station is handy too. It has a computer and printer. I was there a week and the hotel was always clean. At night the whole place including my room was always quiet. in the a.m. the breakfast was a delight to see. Ther was also hot water for my instant oatmeal. I liked the waffels and eggs and the breakfast area was kept clean at all times.

Stay was OK, aside from 3 main problems: hotel pillows are very small. The heater/air conditioner in the room is very hard to get at the right temperature, then it comes on an off all night in a way that wakes the guests up every time in turns off or turns on. Finally, we found bunch of hair in the room's hair dryer.

Everything was fine the room was clean the staff was friendly. The only issue I had is that the Bathroom floor was in need of being regrouted! The tiles were not loose but a good portion of the floor the grout was missing. Which kind of made it feel as if it wasn't clean.

This was an excellent experience, both with Hotels.com and the Quality Inn. For the price of the scary low-end, I was able to stay in an exceptionally middle-of-the road hotel just off the highway and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and less than five minutes from surprisingly great mountain Chinese food delivery. This hotel was fairly priced. The room was huge, and the bed was really comfortable! We went to Summit for a weekend get-a-way. The view was as good as it could be, and I loved the balcony. The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning crew was blasting their music and banging around at around 9 am Sunday morning.
