It was comfortable and convenient. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The refrigerator in our room (314) did not work and the sofa and coffee table in our room were a little worse for the wear and need to be replaced. However, everything was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities, especially the free wifi.

While the room looked clean at first appearance, after looking around I found empty candy wrappers between one of the beds and the night stand. I also found old candy behind the table next to the couch and hair stuck in the blow dryer from a previous guest. The couch itself looked like it came straight from the 1970s. However, the couch was more comfortable […] than the bed, which was hard as a rock. And the wallpaper in the bathroom next to the shower was starting to peel, like there was possible water damage at some point. The staff offered good customer service. I liked the location it was a little hard to find entrance but lot of places to shop!! Close by.Also lots of good places to eat there was a corkys about a mile down the road which is a favorite bbq place of ours. The people at the deskwer very polite and accommodating. The hotel itself was quiet and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in the area. It is right behind Costco but that wasn't a problem with noise or traffic.

the lady checking us in on Friday afternoon was sooooo helpful and accommodating. This is so conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.Also the breakfast was delicious!! would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

They need to do something about a sound barrier between floors. The room above ours had someone pacing(sounded more like stomping with creeky floors) most of the night. The refrigerator needs service has it wailed each time it kicked on and the a/c rattled when the condenser kicked in. All in all a horrible nights sleep.
