Hampton Inn Wilmington Medical Park - Wilmington

This hotel stay was wonderful. The staff were all really kind to our needs at the time. They didn't charge extra or bat an eye when I had to add two extra people to my stay, they also made sure that there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding for their stay. They also let me check in early. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel was quiet […] and my husband and daughter had a great time enjoying the pool and other amenities during our stay. The breakfast in the morning was really awesome too. I would definitely stay here again. It is called "medical park" and it is a great place to stay when you are visiting someone in one of the medical facilities in the area. It's half a mile away from the particular treatment center I was visiting, and it was a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of that visit. Read more

The staff members that were working whenever I approached the desk were all friendly, accommodating, and seemed genuinely thankful for my business. Great stay! Very well kept and clean hotel. Included breakfast had great selection with cereal, toast, waffles, eggs and sausage. My room was quiet and comfortable with cleaned comforter covers for each guest. Loved that! Hampton Inn's never disappoint.

Nothing remarable about the place, it is clean and a good place to get some sleep, but didnt offer much more(no restaurant, bar, attractions next door), the only issue I had was the maid unplugged the refridgerator after I left the room the first morning so upon my return at night all was warm. Was not happy. But, I got over it.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located for UNCW move in weekend. Breakfast was fair. The only complaint was when I took a shower at 8:00 it was quite cold. I waited 20 minutes checking often to see if the water warmed and finally had to get going so ended up taking a cold shower. The hotel itself is fine, but if you want anything to eat other than fast food, be prepared to drive at least 15 minutes to the down town area. The neighborhood is convenient to the medical park, but not much after that.

This hotel is in a nice part of town. We arrived on a Sat night and the hotel was full. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was huge with a big selection and plenity of sitting room. We will be staying here again.
