Not having ever been to Scottsbluff and following a somewhat harrowing drive there, I was very pleased that the hotel was quite nice. It honestly appeared to be the nicest - most updated - hotel that I saw during my short stay in Scottsbluff. Highly recommended

Stayed over night January 23rd the hotel is being remodeled so hopefully it will be better. The front clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing but then said she was new. Elevators were frigid, don't know if that was because of the remodel or not. I can forgive these things but the beds we had were awful! There were springs sticking out from the […] box springs, they were broke down in the middle and the most uncomfortable things I ever slept on. The stay was great, what surprised me was a charge for local hospitality fee I didn't agree on . How can someone make a charge which I did not approve.? If all hotels have this fee, we probablity will not stay in Scottsbluff any longer.

Very quality room for the price. Pillows were good quality, bed was decent but not great (better than a budget hotel). The breakfast was very good, better than most hotels for sure. The pool could have been a few degrees warmer, but wasn't cold either. Our shower head was in need of repair (sprayed all over, but I alerted the front desk to fix). The […] location was also good. Very nice, quiet hotel located on border of business park and convenient to restaurants and retail if driving. Pleasant front desk staff. No micro or refrigerator. Jacuzzi in spa area did not appear very clean.

Overall a very nice hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The surrounding area was quite & safe. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and exercise area was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay with this hotel. Not only was their a complimentary breakfast that was delicious, they had an evening happy hour for guests. If the pool is important, you might call and ask if its open. The pool was under construction during our visit. The room was very nice and clean. The only bad part was our shower. The shower head was not adjustable […] and anywhere you moved in the shower the water hit in the face. The only disappointment was that the room did not have a frig and microwave, Oh yeah, the shower head did not work the best, but not a major thing. The room smelled fresh and was clean.

The Hampton Inn was conveniently located and the staff was accommodating although the front desk person seemed confused by our reservation (which was made online through hotels.com). We enjoy western Nebraska and wouldn't hesitate to use this Hampton again.

This was our first time ever staying at a Hampton Inn and our family loved this hotel. Staff very friendly and fast service. First off, let me get the negatives out of the way, and with the exception of the flag, are very minor. We had a very good view of the flag out of our window, and it was quite depressing to see the condition it was in. It was very ragged and dirty, and to a veteran it was unacceptable to see it flying in that condition. Since I was coming back into […] Scottsbluff the following Weds., I thought I would address the issue at that time. I was very pleased to see that a new flag had been put in place of the old one, so thank you for that. The only thing wrong with the room was the way the full length mirror, which was also the door to the closet, was rigged to stay closed. The door was supposed to be held shut by a magnetic latch attached to the door frame which would make contact with the metal strip on the door to hold it shut. Apparently the original metal plate was missing so a temporary metal strip was attached with one screw and some sort of glue which didn't hold. Compared to the quality of the hotel it seemed odd that it was just cobbled in that fashion. Very minor and probably not worth mentioning, but I guess that is why you provide this way for customers to give you feedback. I look forward to staying with you again the future. Read more
