I felt this was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed at, everything was very clean and the rooms updated. The bathroom was very large with an oversized shower that had 2 shower heads on each end. The entire bathroom was a nice tile and marble. The beds were comfortable and room clean. My only complaint was the temperature of the hallways and lobby, it was SO warm, uncomfortably warm but the room had it's own thermostat so really a non issue. I would definitely stay here again. The room was nice, much nicer than I've experienced at Holiday Inn. The room included both a shower and a whirlpool tub, and included two terry bathrobes. Although they offer room service, the restaurants are not connected to the hotel. This isn't really a problem in nice weather, but it was pretty cold when I was there. The service was very good. Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Was the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. Front desk was very nice. Large lobby area with sitting areas with fireplace. This hotel is very nice. We only needed one night and had a king room. It was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and quickly corrected an error for the free breakfast they had forgotten to include. The lobby is large and lovely. A great place to relax.

Would have given this hotel 5*, but the bed was dreadful! A sleep number style bed that deflated during the night... I woke up at 3am lying on metal rods or something similar. My back still hurts!!!

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained! The room was clean and very comfortable but the one complaint we had was that the hot tub (one of the things we were looking forward to) wasn't in working order so it was just full of stale luke-warm water. Otherwise, all was well!

This hotel is excellent for the business traveler, it;'s close to freeway and easy to find. The staff at this hotel were top notch during my recent stay. The rooms are small and not arranged well but if you are there on business you won't be in your room long so this wasn't a huge issue.

The location was ideal and worked for what we needed. Hotel was clean, but beds were the worst we have ever slept in. hard as rocks. We also had issues checking in with our hotels.com reservation and still received a bill at checkout. The bill was less then what we paid vendor and the desk couldn't figure out what happened.

Great location; beautiful hotel. Stayed in what was called an executive suite, very nice. Sleep number beds not as comfortable as we had hoped, but when staying only one night, difficult to find perfect setting. Staff very friendly and accomodating; would definately stay here again.

Stayed again at this hotel. Same experience as before - Very nice. Pool facilities were great for our family (small children). We had extended family book one of the suites which we joined them for social gathering (food and ball game on tv) - the suit facilities were also nice. The only criticism would be that areas of some of the pieces of furniture […] (in the suit) were quite worn (rough around the edges and springs a little broken down/compressed) - and probably needed to be replaced in the near future. Had a loved one in a nearby hospice. This was convenient to that location and a nice place to stay. The attached restaurant was very enjoyable. The pool facilities were very nice and our 2 year old loved swimming. I wish it was better circumstances surrounding our visit.

My only complaint would be that there was a large amount of trash by the front doors, but I was told later that there was a wedding with 200+ guests staying at the hotel. I assume the trash came from the guests - and once I alerted the staff to its presence, it was promptly cleaned up. Was surprised to find the hotel was newly remodeled and now a Holiday Inn. Everything was very nice and new, and the lady at the front counter was amaingly friendly and bubbly. Perfect location, right off the highway. Would definately stay there again!

Previous stays at this Holiday Inn in Pewaukee was w2hen it was under the Radisson name. Ownership supposedly did not change and the friendliness of the staff was very high and better than while a Radisson. Still a very nice place to stay and when we were not happy with first room because desk was oversized and took up too much room, they gave us a […] room we liked more but carpet needed to be cleaned. My husband and I enjoyed the king size sleep number bed and hotel room layout. The bathroom was huge and had a fantastic shower. The pool and spa were very clean. Breakfast was minimal, but it was Christmas so that may be why. Very happy with our stay and will stay again when in town.

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, BOSE radio with good sound, swimming pool, 24 hour weight room that actually has a weight bench instead of just like one treadmill how most places have...
