Flor smelled of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking hotel. All was otherwise fine until I came back to quickly freshen up and check out of my room. When I left early that morning I placed the DND sign on my door. When I returned with just a few minutes to freshen up and pack the cleaning staff was in there and has moved all my toiletries INTO MY SUITCASE and packed my clothes. I was appalled. When I pointed out that I left the DND sign she said, "Oh, I know, I didn't see it until I had opened the door." Instead of turning around she proceeds to not only come in but pack us up?!? When I told her I and my four-year-old needed to use the restroom to freshen up (for which we had to retrieve our toothbrushes and other toiletries) she stayed in the room and attempted to converse with me. I was really upset and went to the front desk, who retrieved the housekeeping manager who said, "I'm so sorry." I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to a friend.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was in need of better upkeep. The beds were too small for two adults to sleep comfortably in. The elevators were fast, so that was convenient, and made rush trips to the room pleasant. The price per room is on the high side when you're just looking for a place to lay down. We stayed solely because of the convention we were attending. Otherwise, we'd have stayed elsewhere.

I expected much more because of the name but not really. It was a huge hotel that is obviously collecting revenue due to the volume of people, the large dining buffet, and the casino attatched. However COMA, they must have a small maintenance budget because it just looks run down. If you must, stay here but let this hotel be your back up plan.

In town for UGA/LSU game. Locted 2 miles from Tiger Stadium. Good hotel for the money I paid on Hotels.com. Was locted within the Convention Center so there was plenty to do without leaving the hotel property. Bar, buffet, casino all accessible by walking. Major headache was the parking to check-in. Very small front drive access. Free parking w/room key on site but is a short walk away. Room was good size, small bathroom. Beds were nice. I'd stay here again. Go Dawgs!!

The air conditioner sounded if it was water cooled. You heard water running when it was operating. Parking in the rear with the casino patrons made it hard to find a space. When we returned after our first night the room had not been cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes outside the room late at night while it was cleaned. We were awakened in the morning by the fire alarm and had to evacuate and take the stairs down to the lobby. No explanation was given and we overheard that the same thing had happened the previous afternoon. We wondered if it was a ploy to generate business for the lobby restaurant.

We were concerned about our car getting broken into. I found out the next morning that the hotel had a parking garage we could have used. We were not told this at check in. The beds were not comfortable. On a positive note, the bell service was prompt and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had good variety.
