Nice and clean hotel; great views from the balcony; quite good location for beach visits (10 min slow walking), but far from downtown; bus runs regularly though. Good place for a short stay. Somewhat thin walls. Overall - was quite happy with my stay.

Had a 5 night break here in October. Overall for the cost, a pretty reasonable hotel. Position is quiet, 10 minute walk to a nice beach, couple of nice restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are small and basic, but very clean. Breakfast is typical for the price, nothing fancy, but has all you need to start the day off. You can walk to Palma […] from here, we did it several times, takes about 40 minutes, but is pretty pleasant along the marina. If you are mature, fit and want a budget hotel with a small resort feel, this hotel will probably fit the bill for you. Read more

It would be okay if you are on a budget and looking for a place to crash if you are out partying in Palma and the surrounding towns. This hotel is just a few minutes from the center of town. The front desk clerk was very helpful with things to see and how to get around. He was also very familar with numerous restaurants within walking distance. I noticed the remarks about the noise and it is probably because the floors are tile and echo every sound. Hotel is located 15 mins from the airport, on the hill with a GREAt view of the sea. Sunrise is unbelievable. Please note: It is hard to find it thru GPS though (it took us 1 hr and 15 mins) as street shown on hotels.com is not the street the hotel is in. Search for Hotel Dali address which is right next to it.

Months in advance I booked the hotel for a little weekend break for our anniversary, I requested a double room, which we did not get. The first night in our hotel we slept in separate beds. The staff including the manager was rude and offered us no compensation for their mistake. They argued the sheet of paper I had in front of me stating the double […] room request. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a tiny old TV in the corner, that had minimum channels, with bad reception, the only English speaking channel was a bad news channel. It says there's a 24hour bar and food available- this is not true! Food is only available in the morning at the buffet. And the bar doesn't stock 90% of the wine on the drinks menu. On the second night we rung down and asked the reception staff if they knew of any good takeaways they made us come downstairs and gave me a menu, I then went back to my room and tried to call- but their phones were broken. So I had to go downstairs again! Overall the hotel rooms are kept clean, the decor is nice. But they do not provide what it says. The hotel is ok if you're happy to take what you're given and not moan as staff are lovely when you don't want anything. I would never stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it. Excellent customer service. Staff always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All rooms have a balcony. Nice pool. Did not use restaurant. Good prices for bar. Only complaint, a bit far from town centre, but rates reflected this and a great local bus service. A nice bar and restaurant very near.

The staff was very friendly and the breakafast was not bad, the location is not in the center of Palma but ok and the are a busstation nearby. The bad thing was that a drunk german couple next door arguing, showering etc in the middle of night and the walls are a very thin so bring your earplugs in case of... I first stayed at the hotel when it was called Hotel Zenith 2years ago.I liked it so much ( mainly the convenience of the location ) I went again 3 months later.However,when I went last Summer with my parents it had changed names to Mirablau.We were not thatbhappy with the room as we all had to sleep next to each other in single beds.I thought it would […] be a different room with extra bedroom for 3 people.Also,I noticed the breakfast buffet was not as good as before - slightly less selections on things like fruit,cereals etc. The cost of the room was more pro rata.This year I went again and paid even more for the room as there is now a tax on the booking which bumped it up by at least £20.Whats more the only room I could book didnot come with breakfast but I was told by Hotels.com that it would only cost 5 euros a day.However,when I left the hotel there was a charge of over 7 euros a day with the Spanish equivalent of VAT.Overall, the hotel is in an excellent position as its near a decent supermarket,bus stop that can take you to the charming capital of Palma in about 15 minutes and is about 6 minutes walk from Porta Pi where there is a nice indoor shopping centre and a bus stop for the airport.In addition, there is a nice beach within about 5 minutes walk, full of mainly Majorcan people rather than boozy young Brits! The hotel suited our requirements in that it was close to a beach and also had a swimming pool. To get to Palma de Mallorca required a trip of about 25 minutes by bus, which left from the end of the road, but the buses are cheap (you can buy a 10-trip pass from booths in the city) and fairly frequent so we did not find this a problem. There are cafes […] and restaurants nearby if one does not wish to go into Palma to eat, but the great range of restaurants in the city makes this a more appealing option. The staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint was that the hotel advertises that is has free Wi-fi in the rooms, but this was not available at all during the 4 nights we stayed there. It seemed as if this might be a frequent occurrence, which is very annoying for travellers who require easy internet access. Free Wi-fi was not even available in the lobby, although one could use the 'pay' machines if desperate. Read more

Not bad value for money. Service good. Clean sheets and towels every other day otherwise room not cleaned well. Bathrooms old and shabby, in need of refurbishment. Breakfasts very poor. Pool and garden area lovely. Safety deposit boxes in rooms a joke - opened by using credit card and not even bolted down. Adequate for our purpose.

Greatvalue for money. Clean, comfortable, newly renovated rooms and most rooms have sea views. Very friendly, multilingual and helpful staff. Close to restaurants, Paseo Maritimo and the Porto Pi shopping center. I was very satisfied with my stay and will certainly return to Mirablau!

He ido con mi pareja a pasar unos dias a Palma y el hotel nos ha gustado muchisimo. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. A pesar de estar algo lejos del centro, esta ubicado en Cala Mayor y es bonita esa zona. Excelente.

Udemærket til prisen. Rent Hotel og venligt og hjælpsomt personale, dog er væggene lidt tynde og morgenmaden lidt dyr, heldigvis findes der mange andre alternativer i området. Det nærliggende område skulle eftersigende være meget dansk i højsæsonen. Hvis man vil til Palma går der en bus meget tæt på og tager cirka 20 min :)

Pieni pettymys. Kuvat kertovat ihan muuta, kuin todellisuus on.Jotenkin ymmärsimme merinäköalan olevan ja huoneen suhteellisen tilavaksi. Toisin oli, huoneessa ei mahtunut normaalia matkalaukkua avaamaan kokonaan ja meri näkyi parvekkeelta (jonka kaide kulkee seinän tasossa) kurkottamalla. Huoneesta ulos näkymä on noin 80cm liukuovi/lasi, sekin syvennyksessä. […] Parvekkeella oli vain yksi tuoli, sekin muovi tuoli, vaikka huone on kahdelle. Kirjauduimme sisään Lauantaina, Sunnuntai aamuna ilmoitin respaan "kaukosäädin on rikki ja manuaali kanava valinta TV,ssä ei toimi, näkyy vain kanava 1" tämä sama ilmoitus toistui, kunnes seuraavana Keskiviikkona olivat saaneet asian korjattua ja saimme sateliitti kanavat, vierailumme seitsemästä illasta, kolmeksi viimeiseksi toimintaan. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und mit den Palmen sieht es auch ansprechend aus. Das Frühstück war für den Preis ok, wenn auch nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Bars […] und Restaurants. Hotellet var helt greit. Som forventet. Rent og hyggelig, hjelpsomt personale. Litt komisk at bassengområdet var i grønmalt asfalt. Ikke spesielt delikat. Men men.. Var det noe å sette fingeren på, så var det organiseringen rundt frokosten. Det manglet hele tiden glass, kaffekopper, pålegg, rundstykker etc og det ble køer. Der er meget støj på hotellet. Både fra gaden og fra gangen/de andre værelser - væggene er meget tynde.. Var der i september og der var INTET liv på hotellet - meget dødt og kedeligt. Ellers et fint hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejligt pool-område.

Mycke bra budgethotell om man i huvudsak är ute efter ett bra läge ett stenkast utanför Palma. Bussen till Palma tar ca 10 minuter och i närjeten av hotellet finns flera bra restauranger/barer och även strand om man inte vill till de större stränderna. Välj med andra ord hotellet för läget och den trevliga personalen men inte för standarden. Hissen […] var konstant sönder så rörelsehindrade eller andra som måste nyttja hiss bör nog välja ett annat hotell. Baren var inte öppen och poolkiosken hade oregelbundna öppettider någon timme per dag. Värst av allt var möjligen att väggarna mellan rummen var så tunna att man helt hörde andras konversationer - till och med när de tände/släckte lampan. Read more

Hotellet var helt ok, men det lå litt lenger unna stranden enn det vi trodde. Vi savnet dusjvegg/forheng på badet. Det var badekar med dusj uten verken vegg eller forheng, så vi måtte flytte alle toalettsaker ut av badet før vi skulle dusje, for hele badet ble fullt av vannsøl når vi hadde dusjet.
