Hampton Inn was a ray of sunshine at the end of a dreary day of travel with my 90 year old Mother who requires a walker to get around. From the very helpful shuttle driver to the friendly and accommodating reception staff to the clean, comfy room with the very comfortable bed and the best pillows ever ~~ it was a great experience and a good night's sleep.

After a long overseas flight, it was great up come "home" to a Hampton Inn. The views weren't attractive but the soft bed and feather pillows were divine! Shuttle service to/from airport was a breeze and the onsite resaurant was a pleasant surprise to weary teavelers.

This hotel was perfect for us. We returned our rental car early and the shuttle driver picked us up and took us to the airport the next morning. The hotel is clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff was friendly. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to in the area, but the shuttle will take you to a couple in the area. It was pouring rain so we ordered pizza from the hotel restaurant. Surprising good and reasonably priced.

This Hampton Inn is first rate. Super friendly and accommodating staff - very comfortable and clean room - and the shuttle service to the blue line subway and airport are frequent and quick (with super friendly drivers). This is an excellent way to see Boston without paying the crazy "in boston" hotel prices. Granted, the location is not picturesque, but it feels very safe and is really conveniently located for shuttling to the Airport or Subway Station. From The Hampton to the Aquarium stop on the blue line was an easy 20 to 25 minute trip. And, the free breakfast was perfectly set up and tasty - lots of choices - all of them good! Only good things to say about this stay and without a doubt, We'd stay here again when visiting Boston.

Staff was extremely helpful. If you are there to sight see, you can arrange a shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. They also will shuttle you to local restaurants in the area.

The shuttle service to and from Boston's Logan Airport was very convenient. We only waited a couple of minutes for the shuttle at the airport, and the shuttle left on time for the airport the next morning. Also, the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.

The hotel wasn't in the best location to get around,but the shuttle service to the "T" was great.From there we got around just fine,and then got picked up from the shuttle at any time. Hotel staff and shuttle drivers helpful and friendly.

Reserved a king bed. But got 2 full size. They over sold. Breakfast buffet is OK. Busy with flight crews layovers. This is a typical airport hotel with over nights airport in and outs. Hotel helpful in getting you a cab. You will wait a while for the airport shuttle. Not worth the $. But this is Boston.

We stayed here because all of the hotels in Salem were booked. Very easy to get to Salem daily from here and beautiful drive. Hotel has 2 restaurants they work with so if you want something else they don't have any information on them. We ordered food from the bar one night and they lost our room number so the food was cold and awful when we finally got it. They gave us a discount but that did not make up for the food. The morning breakfasts were quite good and more than what I have seen in other Hotels. Beds were very comfy and rooms were clean. Great place to say for the value... I would stay there again....

Out in the middle of nowhere, can´t walk to anything. However, the shuttle was good and got us to the T and the airport in a reasonably timely manner. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

Hampton Inns are one of our favorite hotels. They are always clean, comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is a nice bonus compared to the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels. We chose this location because of its closeness to the subway. What we didn't realize was that the subway ride to get to our destination, which was the Old North end of Boston (The Freedom Trail), took 45 minutes and included changing subways a few times. For someone from California, who doesn't use subway systems, this was challenging. We ended up taking a cab back to our hotel in the evening because at the end of our long day sightseeing, we didn't want to deal with the hassle of the subways. Other than the travel issues, the hotel was great!

The Hampton Inn is always a nice place to stay. This one was located near the airport in Revere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful, there was an evening lounge, and the room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was near the airport and they not only provided to and from airport shuttles, but would shuttle you to the closest subway station that takes you directly to downtown Boston. There are no restaurants or other stores within walking distance but the hotel shuttles you to one of two nearby Italian restaurants. They even had the menus so you could choose the restaurant in advance. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but otherwise it was a great place to stay for easy access to the airport.

Very nice place to stay. We arrived very late at night and the Hampton shuttle picked us up and dropped us off for a late drink and appetizers and came back to pick us up. Very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect end to the day. Only glitch was we asked for a king size bed and ended up with 2 small beds. It worked out okay. Good stay there again.

Even though the hotel appears far from the city, but the shuttle service to and from the blue line T and Logan Airport was excellent, which makes it very convenient. Just call and usually in about 5 to 10 minutes there was a pick up. The room with two queen beds was very comfortable and spacious. The WIFI worked very well and was easy to access. The staff was very friendly and made arrangements for the Boston 13.1 mile runners staying at the hotel to get a shuttle to Suffolk Downs on time for the race. Breakfast was OK. Definitely, we would stay here in the future.

Close to airport but not a nice/pretty/easy to get to neighborhood. Service was great , room very nice and clean. Only problem was that we were in a suite with a kitchenette that had NO plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. nothing. All cabinets empty. If we had wanted to make a meal we had nothing to eating I or with!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that it isn't in a very nice part of town. There are no restaurants in walking distance. There is a shuttle that will take you to one of two restaurants; however, both are Italian. There also is a bar and grill that is open from 5-9 p.m. in the hotel. I ate there. The menu is limited, but the sandwich I had was very good.

This looks like a pretty worn out hotel. The baseboards and rooms had a lot of wear on them. The shuttle vans also looked pretty abused. I was also pretty upset that we requested a king bed many months ago. Instead, they gave us two doubles. After a long vacation, I couldn't sleep in the same bed as my wife. The hotel staff didn't seem to care. We paid almost $200 for this room. It was not a horrible experience, but was clearly not a $200 room either.

My family stayed with the Hampton Inn at Logan Airport for five days and couldn't be happier. The hotel is a typical Hampton Inn property but what makes it better than most is the staff. The were simply awesome, always happy to help and always smiling. The location is strange, it is near all major forms of transportation, yet there is really nothing close by (food, entertainment). We also realized that it seems to be the hotel for jetBlue crews and staff because there was a constant flow of employees in and out. The location also has an on site bar (first time I have ever witnessed a bar at a Hampton Inn) which was warm and friendly.

In between flights....perfect! Shuttle service was prompt and efficient. Staff more than accommodating and the breakfast choices hot and cold had a good variety. Only the busy road outside is a caveat. Ask for a high floor on the back.
