It was a nice hotel. We had a lot of trouble with our room key not working and had to make several trips down to the lobby to get new keys and/or get assistance to unlock our door. That was frustrating but everything else was good.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting friends in Florida that we normally stay with. Because of the way things worked out on this trip, we needed to find a hotel. And we had to do that while we were on the road. That prospect scared me because we never stayed in a hotel near Orlando before, and I figured that I would have to sell […] my left eye to pay for 5 days in a hotel in one of the most over-priced vacation areas in the world. When I saw the rates for this hotel, I was apprehensive. But the reviews from people who had stayed there convinced me that things would be OK. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived! This hotel is located in a very convenient location, near the mall and across the street from one of my favorite restaurants. (Long Horn Steakhouse) The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and nice. We had WIFI, a nice TV, breakfast, a pool, and the maids were happy and polite. We had a place to do our laundry. We could buy ice cream in the lobby. We had a fridge and microwave in our room. For the price, the hotel was nice. Only issue was the small peal of porcelain in the bottom of the tub. Small bath towels that had no softness to them and stain shadows. They should get an entirely new supply of towels for every room Not sure the last time the comforters were washed.

I think it was worth the money I paid. It wasn't a great hotel but I went to play in a tournament and didn't spend a lot of time in the room. I was surprised and happy when I got to the room and it had a microwave and a refrigerator.

Great location with fine dining choices. Room was partially updated. Bathroom was so old and dirty that it was hard to use. Coffee pot was dirty as well as other parts of the room. Checked for bedbugs and the bed was actually very clean & comfortable.

The wi-fi was down. The room had a bad smell and in particular, one side of the bed had a smell like formaldyhyde.

I changed hotels to this one, because I read reviews AFTER booking. Very glad I changed, because this was a great deal for the price. After getting to our room and settling in, the manager called to make sure everything was o.k.. I think there was only one ice machine for the whole Hotel, but not a problem. Not at all what I expected from the Ramada chain. The whole hotel needs to be upgraded. Certainly not what I expected for the price I paid. More of a roadside motel than a big named chain.
