The price was right. The hotel breakfast was not included, so if you want to eat at the hotel in the morning, plan on paying extra. There are no drug or grocery stores near by, so you have to drive around a bit to find one, if you need something. Bus ride to Candlestick was great, definitely made the stay worth while.

This is the second time we've stayed here visiting relatives in the Bay Area. Each time we found the hotel to be clean and friendly. They offer a nice hot buffet breakfast and free newspaper each morning. It is convenient to airport, SF and the surrounding Bay Area. They also offer a convenient shuttle to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is just a nice place when you need to be close to the airport. There is very little in the surrounding areas than other hotels and bad restaurants, and walking around the area is probably safe, but feels a little scary just because there is no one and nothing really around there. Not noisy at all, there's a free shuttle to and from the airport, and a free breakfast (and free wifi - though the signal is pretty weak).

The Best Western Grosvenor Airport Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room had lots of space. The bed however was a little stiff but not bad at all. The cleanliness was great as well. Plenty of free parking on the property. To top all of this off, the free breakfast was incredible! I thought it would be your basic continental breakfast but instead, it was sausage, with scrambled eggs, toasts, coffee, tea, juices, muffins, hot cakes, the works! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. It's right outside the airport. The only problem this time was, the toilet had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and was very dirty. The shower also had hair in it, which made me wonder if it had been cleaned. Everything else looked clean. I did not make a complaint because it was about 12:30 a.m. and I just wanted to get to bed. They have a great breakfast! Delicious, moist, scrambled eggs, sausage, sautéed, cubed potatoes, & danishes, to name a few. There is also orange & cranberry juice, along with coffee. I do not care for their coffee, though. The other plus is, they are one of the few places in Ca. to have Dr. Pepper in their machines.

We stayed for 10 days and the hotel was nice. The staff at the front desk could use additional customer service training. I would like to say that "Roberta" was very nice and helpful. She is excellant at her job. We had to switch rooms throughout our stay and the beds are not the same quality in each room, but the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel to travelers only staying for a few days. It is a nice transition hotel and close to the airport.

The hotel was nice enough although the location is boring. For the money it's a good deal since hotels downtown are very expensive. We did have one small complaint. We made reservations for a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room. When we mentioned it at the lobby we were told that they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available. The hotel is close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. That is the only reason to book this hotel. My room had an unpleasant odor, and a crying baby next door that sounded like it was in the same room with me. The bar downstairs was patronized by local, sleeveless, tatoo'd types. I'm sure this hotel was nice about 30 years ago, but it is no longer.
