An average two star hotel located in a bad area. Shuttle service was good and the rooms are clean and functionable. Not a three star hotel.

On a trip overeas my wife and I spent 2 nights at the hotel. One outbound on July 3 and then inbound on July 20. On July 3 we were on the 4th floor in a room next to major construction with a lot of noise and work activity during the day. The room was clean and OK. The hotel and staff were great, I had 1 problem and it was with Hotels.com, I booked 4 rooms early in the AM and when I checked in at 10:00 PM Hotels.com had only sent over 2 room reservations, we waited 45 minutes while the mistake was corrected and Hotels.com faxed over the confirmation...makes me nervous to use Hotels.com again?Tom

Called to ask about the shuttle twice and twice they hung up on me, very short and unhospitable operator. Then waited 40 min for the shuttle, once at the hotel they couldn't find my reservation, afterwards much better.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet at night, and the free breakfast was good. However, parking was a nightmare. They do not have enough parking for anywhere NEAR the entire hotel, and due to a huge number of events going on in Atlanta, the hotel was full when I stayed. I was traveling alone (female) and arrived at the hotel […] late at night both nights I stayed. I was directed to park behind a second building that was probably an 1/8th of a mile from the hotel entrance. This area was poorly lit and definitely did NOT feel safe. In addition to being worried about my personal safety walking from that area to the hotel entrance at 1 AM, I also did not want to leave my vehicle there due to potential for vandalism or theft. Finally, I did check this area...it was ALSO full. I ended up having to park at the McDonald's next door, as half the parking in front of the hotel is reserved for the on-site IHOP, with signs stating they tow if you park there overnight. The hotel itself is comfortable and decent for the price, but be aware you may not have anywhere safe to put your vehicle if you stay here. Read more

We stayed one night at this location based on the close proximity to Lakewood Amphitheater. We drove in for a concert (which was fantastic)! Once inside the buidling and your room it felt safer. Due to the IHOP being basically attached to the building you have alot of the 2am crowd milling about to eat at strange hours.

Before making the reservation I called to be sure that ha shuttle bus would be at the airport pic up area within a reasonable amount of time and to know exactly where to wait or the service. I was told no longer than 10 minutes. I arrived in Atlanta in the early afternoon ,I waited for the shuttle as instructed, called the hotel,m45 minutes later I […] had still not been picked up. I called the hotel again the told me that the driver was on his way. I let he peron n the phone know tha I had called the hotel earlier , she said that I had not. I had also asked about getting into Atlanta by using the train system. The hotel desk peron said it was implement, I wanted to go t o Lynox Mall,no problem, it's only 15 minutes from the airport and we will take you to the airport.went to my room , got redy to make the quick trip to the mall when the shuttle driver told me that after the trip I the airport it could take another 45 minutes to an hour to-get where I wanted to go. I could not get a solid answer from anyon, so, I stayed the room. Will never stay in this hotel again, it's old and not near anything, ok McDonald's and an iHOP. Read more

The room was clean, the free breakfast was good, fast access on and off the highway was a plus. Just not much around the hotel and not in a great area. The building was older although they have tried to update the lobby and rooms.

Hotel is a great location when travelling through Atlanta and need a convenient stop overnight. Breakfast ended at 930am - too early to end. Perhaps they want you to eat at the attached IHOP instead.

Not a great place to stay if looking for peace and quite. Location to the airport - Right there. But we enjoyed it because the kids loved watching the airplanes right out the balcony. Easy access to highway as well. For a vacation no, but for a short stay, as long as you don't need peace and quite to sleep - Yes.

They have upgraded since our last visit and have done a good job. Their breakfast is the best with excellent service to and from the airport. We left our vehicle there for 2 weeks while on a trip, and they graciously jump started the battery when we returned. and found a dead battery. You won't be sorry if you stay with Best Western - Hapeville.

Its a good average stay. Nice outside elevator - 10 stories so no ground noise - but - you are next to an airport. That said - I had no problems sleeping. Staff was average - no complaints but no praise. Rooms were nice - i like the micro n fridge n desk to work at. flat screens were great. Hotel is located in a bad crime area. A lot teenagers were hanging out in the area and checking out the cars in the parking areas. I was worried for my car. Trash was pilled up in the 5th floor ice machine andsoda machine area for two days.

We enjoyed my stay for the cost. A few things that need to be change if 4 people are in a room please give them four set of towels not three and we had to ask the each day for more towels. Food was fine, but the cafe in front of the hotel had good food for a great price.
