"Real Southern Charm"
Although I enjoyed the peace and quiet and privacy of my hotel stay, I was disappointed by the fact that the hotel is not centrally located. You either caught the free hotel shuttle or a taxi (if you're traveling further than 3 miles) to see the attractions, thus no going out and exploring the neighborhood.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Always damp and smelled like mildew"
This hotel was a suggested overflow hotel for DragonCon but I do not want to go back. I am from Louisiana where humidity is normal, but this room was consistently damp and smelled of mildew. We were not comfortable there and spent as much time away as we could. I don't know if there is anything the hotel can do about the humidity in the rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
This was our 4th stay here. Beds are comfy, the staff has always been very nice and helpful, clean rooms, close to Turner Field. Already booked our stay here for next Braves trip!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Place for the Con"
We stayed at this hotel during Dragon Con. It was great. The staff and drivers are super helpful. We did have to order in towels because they weren't replenished when taken out of the room. The foyer/Lobby is great, fresh, and new. The rooms and hallways are showing the age a little. Overall I would stay there again in a heartbeat, great place.Genuine Expedia guest review
"This shouldn't be your first choice...or your 5th."
Moldy, non-existent wi-fi, grumpy gift shop clerk, paid parking, shuttle service every 45 minutes with obnoxious driver at no extra charge, but hey, close to Turner Field. We stayed here because we decided to stay an extra night and our original choice didn't have vacancy for 3 nights. We should have just booked two hotels to cover it instead.Genuine Expedia guest review
"close to Turner field and must-see sights"
My 3 friends and myself (4 women) were extremely pleased with the friendly, courteous personnel at the Hotel. They were very accomodating and made out stay very pleasant. Executive Chef Ceasar and the rest of the restaurant staff (expecially Shelby) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was excellent and made the sightseeing […] all the more enjoyable. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we get back to Atlanta. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Holiday Inn - Terner Field"
Beautiful lobby and great location for Braves fans. During games however, it's very difficult to get to with the road blocks in place and inconvienient when you don't know the area. Parking fees are applicable and its not a noted feature in the ads used.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice place to stay"
I enjoyed my stay here due to its' close proximity to the Baseball Stadium as well as we found everything to be in line with our expectations of an overnight stay with Holiday Inn Express.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been. Additonal charge for everything, parking space, refrigerator, microwave. Never Never stay in this hotel again, don't recommend anyone to stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No True Exercise Room"
Don't advertise an exercise room since you do not have even one (1) working piece of equipment. Hotel aware of no working treadmill given "out of order" sign on it, non-working elliptical, two non-working cycling machines. A real disappointment.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Blood stains and broken elevators"
The location is great if your going to a braves game you can walk back and pass out. However once you get to the hotel there is a fairly strong chance of waiting up to 30 minutes on an elevator which you will need if staying on the 16th floor like I was. Also there were blood stains in the bed that was in my room which was disgusting this hotel needs […] to get its act together. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Nothing fancy, mostly clean and ok staff. Walking distance to Turner Field, but not the most convenient for other ATL attractions.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Location outweighs all the bad stuff"
PRO'S: hotel is a fast walk to Turner Field / room was nice enough / excluding front desk, the staff was really nice CONS: Front desk staff had nasty attitudes / overnight parking in the hotel parking lot was a substantial additional charge / they adjust traffic direction on the road in front of the only entrance depending on whether the game is starting […] or ending without any advance signage to indicate traffic direction / breakfast is expensive, and is not anything more than you get for free at a Hampton Inn. We'll stay there again for a Braves game, but for anything else we will choose another hotel, even if it is more expensive. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was charged more for a double room and $18 just to park at the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The shuttle driver Mike was very knowledgeable about the area and a lot of fun to ride with. Older hotel. The breakfast was mediocre tasting and expensive for what you get.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We had numerous downtown events scheduled ( Ga Aquarium ,CNN ,World of Coke ) and this hotel worked out great. "Needs to be updated"
This hotel is 2 blocks away from Turner Field. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. Now, I don't think this hotel is worth to pay that much money. I have been to better places for waaayyyyy cheaper. The rooms need to be renovated. There's no refrigerator nor microwave on the rooms. You could ask for a fridge, but they […] charge you $10 a night. There was no Wifi signal in my room. The parking is $18 a night, and they charge you $25 a night for incidentals, but they are refundable. Other than that, I think it was a good stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel for getting close to everything in ATL"
We came into town for a concert. our main concern was location and location. this hotel was perfect. It was so easy to get to and very convenient to just about everything in Atlanta. the front desk person was a little overwhelmed with a swarm of people when we got there. she was a little short with some people and didn't wear a smile once. the room […] was ok. it was a little dated but nice for an older hotel. the bath tub drain didn't work chit could be maneuvered to get through. it was quiet while we were there and the only surprise was the extra cost for parking. I'm sure I missed the detail about that on the website during the booking process. it was expected in the city. overall good experience and I will stay here again next time I visit! Go Graves!!! "Perfect location to Turner Field"
This was our first time in Atlanta. I wanted to stay close to Turner Field and not have to worry about a car at all. We took Marta straight from the airport, and had no problem at all getting to the baseball games. There were only a few things that bugged me about the hotel. The elevator problem, with not enough stairs handy, and the AC is way too loud […] all night long. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great for a Braves Game, but crowded."
We stayed here in July to watch a Braves game, and it looked like everyone else in the hotel did the same thing. We got there around 3 p.m. (check-in time) and faced a long line at the front desk. What they don't tell you when you book is you have to pay $20 to park. My biggest complaint is that after the game there were long lines to use the elevators, […] and there was no one from the hotel there to sort out the mess. No one pointed people to the staircase, which was very hard to find. No one made sure people weren't cutting in lines to get on the elevators before people who'd been waiting 20 mins. "Braves game hotel"
We stayed here for one night for a Braves game. It is a great location for that we just walked down the street to Tunner field. The only thing I did not like was an additional fee of $18 to park at the hotel which I did not know about until we checked in. Also the hotel was recently remodeled an was very clean an new.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Worst Restaurant Hotel ever.ETC"
We waited 1hr and 15m for three kid meals and 2 club sandwiches. Manager was no where to be found. Had to ask for a manager 4 times before one got to our table. Their biggest hotel room (suite) only has one bed, rooms were very small for 170.00 a night. Only convenience was close to Turner Field. NOT a family hotel by any means. Over charged, small […] rooms and terrible service. They charged for parking during the games so almost NO parking spots were available for hotel guests. Plus they charged us 18.00 a day to park as "guests". Terrible!!! I have been to much nicer hotels in Atlanta and other parts of the country where they do NOT charge for parking and VALET and this hotel did not. Very disappointed and will not stay there again. "Worst hotel experience I ever had."
This was a horrible experience. The staff was extremely rude. We waited 5-10 min for the elevator every time. We also waited about 40 min at their restaurant, finally walked away after talking to other couples that had been waiting for over an hour, with the restaurant only being half full. I expect more when I spend $172 for a hotel room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for Braves games!"
Hotel is located short walk to braves games. Older building in need of upgrades but meets the needs for a couple of nights of Braves games. Great to just park car at hotel for the stay and not deal with game parking or traffic. Will have to drive out for meals, none near the location, hotel restaurant over priced, felt safe in the area of hotel, no […] room refrigerator or microwave so will need to make the adjustment in re eating.Staff friendly and professional. No longer than I was there, it was just fine. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional in every way. "Went to the braves game. Braves game."
Was reasonably quiet . Staff courteous . Breakfast Buffett was good. Good location to go to a Braves Game.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was extremely busy while we were there with a line for check in. When I called the front desk to make a change to the reservation, no one answered for hours. They need more staffing. "NIce Location but you will pay for parking"
I enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located right in the heart of downtown, but I did not enjoy paying for parking for two cars, which would have been fine if it was just a couple of bucks. "Skeptical at first."
Started off a bit bumpy however Patricia at the front desk was very helpful, and patient I might add, especially since it was around 4:30am when we arrived. We have a 1 year old and I was expecting to have a microwave and small fridge in the room but we did not and I found out that it costs extra to have those. Fortunately, and I didn't record this […] persons name, someone at the front desk was very understanding and housekeeping was able to locate one for us free of charge. They took very good care of us, from Lisa in housekeeping to Chantelle at the front desk (with good directions) and we'll definitely stay again. "Maintenance and basic customer service"
Love the Braves and the hotel location for attendance of games. Really bad experience this occasion. After returning to our hotel after the game at 10:45 we discovered part of the ceiling tile in our bathtub and our bathroom floor and carpet wet with water. Immediately called the front desk to report thinking obviosly potential for water damage from […] leak above . Front desk person said she would have someone from engineering up there immediately which turned out to be 30 minutes later At 11:15 hotel person arrived to look at bathroomand said must be a leak from 521 above. Person left room at this time and at 12:00 am we still had heard nothing about our nights plan. My wife and two daughters ask me to again call front desk to inquire what we should do since it was now midnight and in essence we were captive to our situation not having info if we were moving or what.Front desk when I called simply replied with explanation engineer said everything was okay and did we need someone to clean the bathroom. Agreed if that was hotel answer to situation then send someone up so we could go to bed. 12:30 passed with nobody there so again called front desk with no answer for approximatelt 25 rings. Hung up and then knock at door from clening lady wh mopped floor in bathroom and left leaving fallen ceiling in bathtub. Never an apology offered , I work in customer service and am quite certain hotel response wasn't response in rtrospect they would have deemed adequate. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to field, but not worth it"
It was nice being so close to the field, BUT, all roads close down so you cannot drive anywhere about 3-4 hours before and after the game. The cops blocking off the roads would not let us get into the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel was nasty, 1. The shower curtain was soured and had a pee smell to it when we showered. 2. The carpet was dirty 3. […] There was a tray of food, drinks and trash that sat at the table by the elevator for a day and a half. (Longer than we stayed there) 4. Front desk employees were rude and not willing to help, they were more concerned with who ever was working on shift because they would finish an entire conversation before helping anyone. 5. The parking was ridiculous. When you drive to the parking garage, they have three or four parking spots right there, the placement is wrong, so do not park there because someone can run into you so easily.
