Elevator was out and they put me on the 7th floor...BOOO! The staff helped me with my bags up the stairs, but it was only after I had to basically throw a fit. I got in late on the check in day. I dd not immediately notice some of the issues with the room. what was obvious was a large wet spot under the window and AC unit and the overwhelming smell of a deodorizer. When I woke in the morning I noticed many other things wrong, the headboards were removed and screws were protruding from the wall, no iron, no […] refrigerator.As I was leaving for my meetings that day, no one was at the front desk to confront. After a full day of meetings and again getting in late no one was at the desk till morning. On entering my room, there was a heat fan to dry the spot of water up and my room was near 95 degrees. no fridge no iron but the headboards had been returned to their rightful spots. No service to the room had been done. On check out there was an attendant at the desk. when I explained what happened, his reply was, since I booked thorough a 3rd party there is nothing he could do. I was not very satisfied. The elevator in the parking garage was broken, with no signs, so I had to walk down to the first floor into the front entrance with my heavy bags (no wheels). The staff was pleasant enough and the room was decent, but the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom drain was extremely slow.

my stay at extended stay was a lopsided stay. the room was nice the building was nice. But the hotel charged me an extra 76$ and no one at the hotel could tell me why or where it came from! And they said they were going to be calling me back to let me know. i havent gotten a call in 2days. This stay is nice but watchyour bank accounts when you go!

But, I saw one day after I checked out, that new mattresses were stacked up outside the hotel, so I guess I picked the last weekend with the bad beds. If you are a smoker, this is the hotel for you. If you are not a smoker and you don't like the smell, then don't stay here. I complained to front desk that someone was smoking in their room. My room was a non-smoking room, and was suppose to be on a non-smoking floor. The front desk told me she didn't have time to check to see if anyone was smoking […] in their room. We are from Upstate NY visiting friends in the White Plains area. The hotel was great because we had enough room to have our friends stop by for a few before dinner drinks. Even on Valentine's Day weekend the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The price is great for the size of the room.

Room was filthy as was the hotel overall. I found insects on one of the pillows in my room. The hotel appeared to lack proper maintenance to keep up any beauty. The staff was somewhat helpful but did not go the extra mile when it came to service. I had checked out of that hotel approximately under 30 minutes after checking in.
