IT WAS AWFUL THE BED WAS TOOO SOFT SO MY BACK WAS HURTING THE NEXT DAY ALSO THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT THERE WERE PEOPLE YELLING ACROO THE BACONY SO THAT KEPT ME UP. THE HOTEL IS MUCH SMALLER THEN THE ACTUAL HJ. I THINK I PAIS WAY TO MUCH FOR ONE NIGHT STAY. BY THE WAY THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST SUCKED!

The tub had dirty footprints, the sheets were filthy. From 5 am on, there was nothing but pounding on doors, screaming, etc outside the rooms. The free "breakfast" was mini muffins, stale bread & cereal. No bagels, waffles or anything. And the fire alarm went off for 20min.

Rooms are comfortable enough; however, we did not feel very secure in our first or second or third or forth room assigned to us by the management. After looking at about 6 total rooms we finally found one that appeared to have the proper functions for locking and securing our door from the inside. The noise from the outside is extremely bad when visitors […] return home from a night out partying and/or partying in their rooms. Management also informed us that they have no maintenance on staff; therefore, they could not fix any of the doors our first night. We could hear people yelling, screaming, banging on doors, and running up and down the stairs. It did not appear that management had any control over the noise. Location was key in our visit. Rooms were a little dirty blankets had spots of tar on them, bathroom and sink had hair left in them. We stayed on 1st floor somewhat noisy in the morning due to people getting in vehicles and doors being closed (slammed) vehicle and room doors. Didn't stay in room much only at night.

The room was fine as was the customer service. The location was good for the purpose of my visit, but some of the customers were very disruptive. The first night, someone on one side had an infant that cried (even wailed sometimes) every 2 hours - scratch sleeping much. The second night was worse - the room above had someone who crushed pills very late […] at night and walked very heavily AND very early in the morning, the cops showed up and banged on a door for 15 minutes. Hotel tried to charge me for this room upon check-out, when I showed them the printout from Expedia they "back-peddled", and told me they had not received their payment from Expedia, and that they had issues when someone booked through Expedia. I picked this hotel since there was 5 of us (2 adults & 3 older kids). The price was right, suite was spacious w/small fridge, micowave & sink. As long as you go with realistic expectations, this place is great: super convenient location, good service, and plenty of free parking. Our corner room on the 3rd floor had clearly seen some wear and tear over the years, but was clean and well-maintained. Everything worked (lights, a/c, fridge, bathroom, etc), the beds were decent (not "plush" but […] no complaints either), and we didn't see a single bug or anything else to cause concern. Forgot to bring a razor for shaving, and the front-desk was kind enough to provide one. The breakfast is bare-bones: cereal, muffins, juice/milk/coffee...nothing to write home about, but enough to get by if you're really hungry; otherwise, there's lots of eateries nearby, and one of the best taco trucks EVER is about 2 blocks away! Sept 2012 - I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We were expecting a nice room, the web site said recently renovated 2010, if this is renovated then I'd hate to have seen what it looked like before the work. Room was dirty, smelly, mold in the bathroom, shower curtain about to fall off wall, cracked floor, layers of dirt in the corners. Keys didn’t […] open the door, had to replace them. When I went in to comment on how bad the room was the desk clerk just looked at me like I was nuts, her response was the rooms are new.
