I like staying there the staff is very nice but it just seems to be a little bit more run down. If you ran the water in the sink it backed up in a hurry, the elevator floor was dirty with stuff, outside surrounding area looks kinda dirty. Just needs a little TLC, but we do love the area and would like to return next yr.

I have stayed here before and it suits my basic needs well. I will likely stay again. My only complaint is that they did not carry the Golf Channel on thier cable selections. Usually, I don't watch much television but this time I did have a couple of hours that I would have enjoyed watching a replay of the golf tournament in Phoenix.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the Peoria Sports Complex and the Mariner Spring Training site. Also very close to major freeways and other roads. The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke...There were water stains on the ceiling of the room and they'd never bothered to finish the big hole in the ceiling where they'd punched in a sprinkler. The tub had stains and hair (not mine) in the corners. Overall, a pretty nasty place.
