Well it started out bad, because we had ordered the wrong room. But it turned into something better and ended on a only ok service. The lady that first greeted us was very happy to help us with switching from smoking to non-smoking room. She seemed always ready to help us. It was the Lady in the morning that bothered me. Idk if it was just a off day, or the fact that it was only 8am, but non-the-less it was a great stay with nice breakfast(continental breakfast) and decent rates for the hotel it was. I enjoyed my stay except desk clerk required that I sign a credit/debit slip before I checked in. The slip was blank so it was like giving them a signed 'blank check'. I have been asked to give a credit card to cover incidental expenses before but have never been asked to sign a blank credit card slip before check-in. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!! The staff was rude,the rooms were dated, the sheets had cigarette stains & it smelled of urine. I had 3 nights booked, cancelled the remaining 2 & went to Comfort Suites. Save yourself the stress, book elsewhere!!

I arrived at the hotel at 0100 and met my brother at the entrance. Upon checking in my brother stated the room number he was given form the earlier receptionist to the receptionist currently on duty. The current recptionist was so rude stating no she's not, we dont gaurntee rooms here. the statement it self wasnt rude, just the manner in which the receptionist […] stated it (not very professional at all.) I thought the room was very nice and clean, the bathroom could have been a tad bit cleaner but I am sort of a germafob. My event was a football game held in Athens Georgia and I thought the location and route to the game was perfect. One of the most friendly places we have stayed. Rooms were great, AC was on the room was very cool, (as we like it). No smoke smell as some non-smoking rooms are. Everything that we may have needed was there. We will be coming back there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt we got a lot for our money and were grateful for the Expedia connection. The bed was comfy, bathroom roomy. There was a modest amount of deferred maintenance in the bathroom, but appeared to be mostly aesthetic and didn't affect function or comfort.

Continental breakfast wasn't very good. Room was great except, you should never put the ice bucket, or coffee machine in the bathroom right next to the toilet !! Yuck! Put it out in the room not where it can get Ecoil germs all over it. Just a word to the wise.

The only ever so small issue is that the roll away bed that we needed in the room was not in there when we arrived and we had to take it to the room but it was ready right away for us to take it up to the room. Great Room for the price.

For the price I paid, I didn't expect such a great room. I usually only pick 3 stars and above when using expedia, but this time I was in a pinch due to an event that was coming up i couldn't afford to miss. This hotel was as good or better than most of the 3 star rooms i've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and hotel was in a great great area […] just near a huge outlet mall and plenty of good restaurants. The only reason I could say that it deserved a two and not three were the breakfast was just okay but theres a great country breakfast barrel restaurant in the parking lot we walked to so it didn't really matter to us anyways! Besides that the tv was a little outdated but worked fine, and everything else about the room was a solid 3 stars - very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with tons of water pressure and clean clean clean. Hotel starting to show a little wear, but still a good value. Room was clean and quiet although it was a busy weekend. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and close to interstate. Front desk and housekeeping were all pleasant. Ratings based on comparison to other similar properties, not to the most perfect luxury hotel.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. I realize it's expensive to cool the entire hotel but didn't like the fact that the hallways were not air conditioned and my room was not cooled off before checking in.
