hotels non smoking room was actually smoke scent free, all pluming worked well, friendly staff, close to good restaraunts, wafflehouse, crackerbarrell,western Sizzlin etc.room, grounds and lobby clean. quiet night near the interstate exit. Plan to stay there again. continental breakfast was adequate, had some better, some worse but it left me content.

I like Hampton Inn but by and large you are going to have the same experience wherever you stay. Always courteous staff, always comfortable beds, always... nice rooms for the value. My only complaint during my stay was WATER! I simply wanted a bottle of water but it turned into a 30 minute process finding a machine that was not sold out. Once I did, the machine did not accept dollar bills. I went to the front desk to get change and they did not have change. With this news I expressed my frustration and the staff gave me two ice cold bottles from a cooler for no charge. That made me happy. Good Job Hampton Inn-Columbus! The hotel was very clean and cozy!!! I stopped here on a recent trip to Atlanta and would say this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at! No complaints about noise nice warm comfy bed and a clean rest room! When Im in this area Im guaranteed to stay at this location again!

Location was good and access to several places to eat close by. Hotel was as expected. Good service, friendly and clean. The only issue I had was the bed was too hard to sleep on. For me, it means waking up tired the next day since I did not get a good nights sleep.

The only downside - and this was very, very minor for us, because it was handled so well - was that the breakfast area was under renovation, so the food was in another room.
