The Hilton is a good but traditional 5 star hotel in dubai. Its location on the beach is excellent but it does have a limited size of private beach so you will always be surrounded by others. We had an executive room and that came with access to the executive lounge which we felt was well worth the extra money. The lounge provides a full hot and cold buffet breakfast from 6am to 11am, free soft drinks all day up until 12am, afternoon tea (including sandwiches and cakes from 3pm-6pm) and alcoholic drinks (branded beer wine and spirits) and canapes from 6pm until 8pm every day. They also will arrange restaurant bookings for you and provide and efficient and friendly service. We felt the hotel offered better value for money than most others located on the beach (and we visited some others during our stay) but it is not as oppulent or trendy.

We stayed on the Executive floor for a short 4 night break. On arrival all staff very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks supplied in lounge provided value for money, afternoon teas very yummy! We were offered an upgrade to a larger room which was worth the extra money was on a lower floor so the view was not so good. Disappointing that internet access was not free in the executive lounge. We tried a couple of restaurants in the hotel and the food was good but a bit pricey. Excellent location for wandering along ""The Walk"" with plenty of shops and restaurants. Would definately go back.

While deployed my best friend and I stayed here for a day. It was incredable. The personalized service was a plus, the room was beautiful as was the view. Room service was timely and the food was wonderful. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Dubai. Beds are a little on the firm side, but that would have to be my only small problem with everything there.

I booked this hotel in Dubai months in advance and quite honestly, I expected an older hotel, tired, maybe worn out, but I was trying to be frugal and get a good location. HOLY COW, it was fantastic, full service, beautiful, right in the middle of the beachfront and the new shopping plaza - I am completely impressed and felt pampered.

Beware of unprofessional check-in staff! They rigorously enforce a 2 pm check in time, so don’t arrive earlier or you will be forced to pay the standard rate for an extra full night if you want to check-in before 2 p.m. They also seem to enjoy your predicament. No free internet which annoys me. A rather silly 50 dirams for one hour. Eating is outrageously expensive, but there are plenty alternatives across the road. The beach is nice enough, but the white sands face the ubiquitous huge cranes in the foreground (there is really no escape in Dubai) and don’t walk any more than 100 meters to the left as a guard asks you (politely) not to go any further. Rooms are very nice, everything all very new. The Swimming Pool is also very good. In general, the area the hotel sits on is excellent if you like that upmarketty, but characterless feel of Dubai. Personally, after having a peek at the world’s tallest building (is that including the sticky out bit at the top?), the biggest ski slopes in a desert this side of the Sahara (and including the Sahara), the world’s most expensive dinner (I missed that actually, but I am sure it is there to find), the world’s only ten star hotel (or was it seven?) and similar superlative, I couldn’t wait to leave.

A beach front location, several restaurants, large swimming pool and a supervised children's play area make this an ideal hotel for a family holiday. We stayed only 1 night en route to the UK but we intend to return for a proper holiday! My only criticism was that we were not given the room type I had booked. We were offered one of the older rooms (N.B.they are currently renovating) with a kingsize bed and rollaway bed instead of a room with 2 double beds but as it was only for 1 night we didn't complain. Had we been staying longer it would have been another matter!

This was one of the best hotels both my wife and myself have statyed in. The staff were excellent, bar, restaurants, housekeeping and the beach staff. We were spolt. The restaurant on the beach with the BBQ every evening was excellent. The location of the Hotel is perfect, just beside the beach. Each bedroom has its own veranda, although very warm, was lovely to sit out in the evening. We did all the tours, Desert Safari, Night cruise with dinner, visit the gold markets, all arranged by the hotel on request. Perfect.

It's a nice hotel, and the staff are excellent. However, there's a price to pay fot it, and that price is in the bars and restaurants of the hotel. Dubai has not been cheap for some years now, but I find £8 too expensive for a rum and coke, and approx £60 for a dinner for one is excessive, to say the least. The few hotels remaining on Jumeirah Beach are obviously making the most of the situation. They will sell you a cigar in the Cuba Bar, and then send you outside to sit on the most uncomfortable chairs ever manufactured.

We enjoyed more than 1 night at the Hilton Jumierah Beach. We were welcomed with a complimentary refreshment and the staff were very generous with their assistance. The choice of restaurants in house was excellent and the access to the business centre and gym was easy. The location was right on the beach and close to shops and outside restaurants also. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a small verandah some of which have views of the beach. Overall I would suggest this location meets the reputation of the Hilton Chain in reliable comfort and service. We also recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Creek which is perfect for business stopovers but if you have some more time to spend in Dubai would recommend you check into Jumeirah Beach and spoil yourself.
