I left my wallet in the room, but received a call letting me know it was safe. It was upon my return that I realized this place was run with the highest integrity and care for my personal needs. Everything with my wallet turned out fine. Got detailed help finding restaurant options. No it's not a Hyatt and in a cheeze area close to a large Airbase and […] Adult shop but if you close your eyes to those location issues, I did not feel unsafe and non of that should bother anyone as it's all not that obvious. It met all my requirements for an affordable and yet comfortable stay in a hotel. They had complementary breakfast and a Conoco gas station right next door. It was a very nice stay for the price and IO have no complaints.

Hotel was good choice for the money. Businesses next door not appropriate for children to see though good access to airport and shopping/eating (short drive away). Staff was very courteous, breakfast nice but small selection with no protien, clean room with fridge and micro.

The hotel did exactly what it claimed it was. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. There wasn't any protein, but they did have waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, pastries, bagels, and English muffins. The room was clean, though it did have a lingering smell of cleaning supplies. Once I kicked on the A/C unit, it went away. […] It's a basic room for basic needs. I did not look at the pool or hot tub, but guests were using it. There is a bar/liquor store/ adult novelty store in the same area, but it was very quiet. No hassle. Speaking of quiet, my room was very quiet. I was on the 2nd floor. I would definitely stay there again. The price was great. I didn't give this hotel a 5 b/c it was no Wyndham, Hilton, Hampton Inn, but it deserves a 4 b/c the hotel does exactly what it says. It's worth it. P.S. I'm a normal guy, with a normal wife who simply needed one night in Colorado Springs. Read more

Room was clean but had a very funky smell. None of the reviews that i read none of them mentioned that this hotel was right next to a bar and an ADULT shop. REALLY! No one said anything! Other than that we had a fine time.

A good place to stay near PAFB. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast and comfortable room for a fair price w/military discount which I neglected to get through the on line reservation system. Local staff gave us the discount for additional nights when we extended our stay 2 more days. Not a luxury place but very adequate for folks on a budget.

Staff are really nice! Room was decent, nothing fancy! Location was ok I guess, right behind a gas station and across from an adult store and bar! Parking was limited but they were repaving the lot-- looked nice though!! Would stay again!!

Freindly & helpful employees, but the sheets where dirty on one of the beds and even after the room was cleaned the sheets where not changed that had already been slept on.( I know this because I accidentally wasted a little food which left a stain & the same stain was still there) They ran out of towels at the pool very fast. And the location is a […] little odd, almost passed it up trying to find it, due to it being over behind a gas station. My suggestion is for the hotel to check & clean the sheets, and make sure they stock up on clean sheets & towels and have them available around the clock. Read more

This is a great hotel for the price and very close to one of the Peterson AFB gates. It's clean and the lady manager is very nice. Unfortunately, the surrounding businesses are a little on the 'shady' side.

The service was good, the room was clean. There are some questionable businesses near the hotel but we had no issues. We left for vacation one day earlier then planned so we booked one night here since it was cheaper then adding another night at the other hotel. We got there too early but they let us check in anyways... it was very clean, the people there were very nice, I had never stayed at an Econo Lodge before but it was very surprising. The bed was comfortable […] and the room was plenty big. Great view of the mountains out the window! The surrounding businesses were not too great but I felt safe. The room was small but the hotel was clean, convenient, and in good shape. Breakfast was pretty simple but it was fresh and plentiful. The indoor pool was a bit small too but my kids had a blast and not many hotels with a pool in this price range. FYI its cheaper if you book directly with the hotel. I'll stay there again.

Three night stay...The female staff were wonderful, always smiling and asking if they could be helpful at every opportunity. Hallway and stairways very clean and well maintained as was the lobby and front desk. Room keycard worked flawlessly on both the secured entrance to the building and the room door (pet peeve of mine). Room was spotless, pillows […] fresh and fluffy, no off odors, furniture, fridge, microwave in very good condition. Breakfast had a nice selection, but the quality and taste of the biscuits and gravy could be improved. Muffins and danish were fresh and yummy, and two kinds of cereal made it easy to eat right. Breakfast room was small but immaculate. We felt we got more than we paid for compared to many other places we've stayed and therefore will make this our home-base when visiting friends and family in the future. Read more

The overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Room was very comfortable, clean linens daily. The breakfast was typical, nothing spectacular. We ended up going out for breakfast the second day. The man at front desk during the day needs some customer service skills. I was pleased with the hotel in general. We only stayed one night but it served our purpose in being inexpensive and close to the airport. FYI- there is no elevator. That was the only thing that surprised me about the place.
