We were there for 6 nights. Didn't have their free breakfasts, but went for their social one night and the food and wine was much more than I expected. Will stay there again Our room appeared new and I would upgrade it to at least 3+ stars.

We enjoyed our stay & staff was friendly. Kitchenette, fridge etc. was dirty upon check in & had to wash all dishes, including silverware tray & wipe out fridge/freezer prior to use. There was some gooey substance on bathroom door knob and across back of door as well as all over drawers of bedside table. The sleeper couch bed was so uncomfortable, it […] could not be slept on & the regular bed was very uncomfortable as well. I woke up with a backache every day & we stayed 6 nights. Half of the mornings if you didn't get to breakfast when it began then everything was empty & not replenished, even 30 mins. prior to being over we were told it wouldn't be as it was over. We had a two bedroom suite and the bedrooms were separated by the living area, great!! I have lived in smaller apartments than this one. Would book again and have been telling friends about it.

First time that I stayed in Staybridge. Would again in the future. We had a King suite. Liked the space for 2 people, privacy options and kitchen set-up and amenities were perfect. Felft like a 5 star hotel except a much more reasonable rate.

for a hotel that professes to be striving a "ten" rating, either the front desk clerk wasn't given the authority to fix anything,or she didn't care. She did apologize for a not so great "hot" breakfast, the heater that blew cold air all night, or the drapes that were hung so they couldn't be shut and the light shone through the window all night long […] . I am NOIR member at MGM chain in Vegas and I know when stay in a nice hotel. From the greeting at the front desk with service oriented mentality(on par with Aira's SkySuite) to excellent staff with well trained manner... This was pleasant surprise. Ave hotel price with 5 diamond service hotel quality! Excellent!

We just spent a night on our way through town, but it was easy to get in and out. The room was sparkling and had a nice little kitchenette that would have been appreciated on a longer stay. My only negative comment is the pillows- they were all too squishy. I sleep on a memory foam pillow at home and can sleep in polyfill ones when out, but feather […] pillows and the cut chunks of foam don't give my neck the support it needs. Very good service. clean. nice room with microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, even dishes and silverwares, and two Tv's. Our family had a great time. No complaint...maybe just about the rain...The pool was closed due to the rain...Kids were a little disappointed about the weather. We will stay there again. JP from Atwater, CA.

We had booked one night but after staying and realizing what a great value the hotel was extended our stay another night. Room was amazing for the price. Full refrigerator , microwave , and small stove. Breakfast in the morning was substantial. If in the area again, this will be our hotel.

First, let me say that the staff at this hotel is amazing. Extremely pleasant. One lovely woman spent a considerable amount of time tracking down some decaf tea for me! The room was clean and well appointed. Location was great. Central to all we were doing and very close to a Westfield Mall! I'll list the negatives but they're nit pickey stuff. The […] breakfast was just average, the layout of the room was a bit odd. The bathroom sink area is right next to the bed with no door for sound or even a curtain for a little privacy. We could have used an extra blanket. We did know about the no house-keeping on the weekends thing they've got going (what's up with that) so it was no surprise. We stayed in one of the renovated suites, and were pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the room. Relatively spacious accommodation. It would be great for a longer stay to enjoy use of the kitchen and living space. Location is a little out of the way, but probably convenient to the airport.

This has been one of the best hotels I have ever staid in. The welcome we received from the desk was great. I ended up working over time and we arrived about 11pm. They welcomed us as if we were meant to be there. The staff was great the whole weekend, and the room was clean. Our room and the general condition of the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and prompt when requesting towels, extra coffee, etc. One issue I had was that when I requested a pack n play for my daughter, they said that their company policy was not to provide pack n plays but rather mini-cribs. This would have been fine however […] they did not provide bumper pads and as a result my daughter kept getting her legs caught between the slats of their crib. Due to the unsafeness of it we could not use it and had to borrow a pack n play from a family member. I sincerely hope their "company policy" changes before a child gets hurt. Another issue that I wish this hotel would consider is making a few rooms "child-safe", i.e. outlet covers, cabinet locks and door knob protectors. Since they are all suites they must cater to a lot of family travelers like we were (had two toddlers and an infant). This feature would have been very helpful to us as my 22 month old son had to be constantly kept from going into the bedrooms, bathrooms, cabinet, and refrigerator. Read more

What a lovely hotel, and at such a great price. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. No ugly flowered polyester cover on the bed. It also had a full kitchen which was so convenient. The social on the first night was unexpected and we were able to meet other travelers in a relaxed atmosphere. The whole experience made us feel right at home.
