Very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was very good, their coffee much to my pleasure was very good. I'm a real coffee snob!!! The staff was very nice and very helpful. Would certainly recommend Residence Inn.

This is a great hotel. The breakfasts are good and they have complimentary light dinners on weekday nights. The staff is REALLY nice. I was visiting because of an ill family member and got up in the middle of the night after a phone call from the nursing home, the desk person made me a cup of tea at 2am! (there is a microwave in the room, but I didn't […] want to wake up my sleeping child). The location is great, only 6 miles from airport, 1.4 miles to stadium and restaurants and shopping down the road. 1.2 miles to Vally River Center (mall). I couldn't run because of a knee injury, but it is across from Alton Baker Park and I saw lots of people out running. I had to make due with the fitness room which was perfectly servicable with eliptical, treadmill and stationary bike and set of free weights. Our studio suite was really clean, the furniture was nice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes etc. There were TV dinners and ice cream to purchase. Although I did not use this service apparently they will got and get your groceries if you give them a list. I would definitely stay there again. Read more

My sister had surgery (doctor's office 1/2 mile away) and I brought her to this hotel to recuperate. I was so happy with my choice. The one bedroom suite was perfect, with a full kitchen (including dishwasher). The staff was extremely nice and helpful. When my sister was feeling better, we went for walks in the beautiful surrounding area. I loved the […] morning breakfast and the evening social with food. I was able to pick up something to eat without leaving my sister. The hotel was immaculate and had a wonderful laundry room. They even gave us the laundry soap and bounce dryer sheets for free. I was very happy with my stay there and would recommend it to everyone. It was also conveniently located to shopping and lots of great restaurants. We even spent an afternoon at the 5th Street Market (very close) when my sister was up and around. Read more

This was our second visit to the Residence Inn in Eugene and we had forgotten that the beds sag toward the middle. Also, the air conditioning fan is too strong and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it down. Otherwise, it is a nice, quiet facility in a good location. The rooms are all large with a kitchen. We do not need this feature.

The large studio room was very comfortable except for the air blowing right next to the bed. But that was the only option for using the HVAC. We turned it off. The room was perfect - with full amenities, HD TV's in the living room and the bedroom, a coffee maker, coffee (!)... very nice. And just across Club Drive is McMeniman's North Bank, a wonderful, medium priced cafe whose back patio has a wonderful view of the mighty Willamette River. There are great walking and biking trails nearby... and within a mile […] or so of groceries stores and cafe's. So the setting is fabulous, peaceful yet not far from the action. Overall great experiene except for the room wifi which was a tad disappointing. Very patchy connection. Private laundry room which is only accessible by hotel guests. Thumbs up for the hotel security on patrol.

Found this motel to be overpriced, with a shocking extra pet fee of $75, which is not advertised on its website. I would not consider this pet friendly.
