Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint (minor) was that breakfast equipment in lobby was not as clean as rooms. We did not complain at desk, because we had already planned breakfast elsewhere. Front desk was very friendly and helpful with all other questions.

This hotel was horrible. I called downstairs for a iron and ironing board,the attendant told me that they had only 2 and they were already out. Kids were in the parking lot playing and kept bumping against my car setting my car alarm. Needless to say I won't to visit there again!!!!

The front desk clerk was polite and professional. The check-in process went quite quickly due to the fact that the room had been prepaid. The room had a strong and distinct odor, not exactly smoke and not exactly mildew, somewhere in between. (The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room.) We had to go out and get extra-strength Febreeze to make it […] tolerable. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was caked with dirt. The upholstered chair was disgusting and past needing a cleaning. It was greasy and dirty to the point that no one should sit in it ever again. The security fence that surrounded the parking area was a good feature, and we appreciated the easy access of having a first floor room. This hotel is older and not in a very good neighborhood. The rooms had a musty smell, maybe because of the age. But the worst thing was the mattress. Tossed and turned all night- could not get comfortable and finally got up with a back ache from a too soft bed.

The room was okay, however, they instructed us that if we don't want our room to be cleaned by housekeeping and wanted new clean towels or linens we just put the dirty ones outside the door and they will put the clean ones outside wraped in a pastic bag ready for us as soon as possible, and that was exactly what we did since we don't want housekeeping […] people cleaning our room. We put out our 2 dirty bath towels and 2 dirty hand towels first thing the next morning before going to our business transaction hoping it will be ready for us when we return. When we got back around 9pm, the plastic bag with clean towels (we thought# was there, but we were so disappointed to found in it one piece of bath towel and one piece of bathroom floor mat. :-# Also, we were hoping to enjoy the swimming pool but we're also disappointed to find it "chained and locked" which, thinking about it, it was better that way since it was useless... the pool was dirty, it has trash in it at the bottom and also some plastic bottles and soda tin cans floating on it. By the way, there was indeed free breakfast... but the bread were cold and there was no oven toaster or microwave to warm it. Read more

When we pulled in for checkin, my wife was apprehensive--some rough-looking characters were congregated in the parking lot. Turned out they were roughnecks who were working in a nearby oil field and had been there 18 months, grilling up their Friday night dinner. Continental breakfast included bagels, cereal, and waffles, along with juice and coffee. The only drawback was the neighborhood; my wife and several others were convinced they heard a gunshot nearby on Saturday night (followed by several police car sirens, who responded immediately). Hotel staff was nice and accomodating. I noticed them handling other guests with respect as well. The condition of the property and rooms...mid-low grade. Nothing extravagant by any means. Older but clean for the stay. Pet friendly.

Stayed at this hotel previously and it was simple but clean and fairly comfortable. This time we stayed 3 nights and they stuck us in the back of the complex closer to the freeway. Our non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke (as did the maid), the bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom door could barely be pushed open as it dragged on […] the shower curtain rod, and the bedspread had stains all over it. After reading previous reviews, I was not sure what to expect. I had no problems at check-in and the room was clean and neat. Everything worked as it was suppose to. When I called to reserve the room I requested a smoking King size bed downstairs and when I got to the hotel they did not have what I wanted avaliable. Actuallly they were understaffed in terms of the maids. They were rushed to get done. The rooms were clean. Our biggest complaint about motel rooms is that when they are called non smoking, you can still smell the smoke from the vents from other rooms. The clerks were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice--not fancy, but adequate.

This is worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was old and smelly. The bathroom was filthy. There were rings around the tub inside and out. The shower surround was nasty. Even the coffee maker was filthy. I would not recommend my enemies, if I had any, to stay there. Thumbs down.

The location was pretty scary, it is in a fairly run-down area of Shreveport. The staff was welcoming and very nice, but the positive experience ends there. The room was clean, but the microwave and refrigerator were stack on each other right as you entered the door. The walls were paper thin and we were treated to the sounds of the dog barking in the […] next room, which was mildly irritating compared to the fighting and yelling of the couple staying with the dog. We were in the back of the complex, but still could hear the traffic on Interstate 20. With the arguing next door and the traffic serenade, restful is not an adjective I would use when describing this experience. We booked at the last minute, so it is our fault we ended up there. Take my advice, plan and book ahead, but steer clear of this location if at all possible. Read more

The location was easy to find. It's right off the highway. Right down the street is the casino and Resturant. They had a pool, frig, and microwave in room.
