The lobby smelled, the beds were hard, the pool was drained and there were construction cones all around. When I went to check out, the attendant came out of his apartment in his pjs! Gross!

Not bad for a one night stay. Did not have breakfast there because the woman in the office freaked out one of my companions by insisting on pouring the milk to monitor how much was being used. He advised the rest of us that it was freaky. So we went across street to Denny's. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the new bed great.

The management was very cordial and because be got there long before checkin they very nicely let us enter our room. I will recommend the motel to everyone and will stay there again if I go to the location again.

Smelly, dirty, and bad. The tv did not work and the breakfast was only cold food or a frozen waffle. The refer was un-plugged and ruined our leftover dinner. Everything felt dirty and we had to wipe down everything before touching it.

The office has a strange and unpleasant smell. It is locked at night until 7:00am. Cannot get any coffee or breakfast until 7:00am. That is too late for those who want to get on the road early. The heater in the room is noisy. The room was cold when we got there.

After reading some of the other reviews I was reluctant to stay here, but it turned out to be a lot nicer than anticipated. It was clean, comfortable, friendly service, nice amenities in the room. The breakfast is a "Continental" breakfast as it states. For the value, I couldn't expect anything more.

Rooms are clean and functional but worn out. The feature that allows pets was just great as we moved our animals from southern CA to Oregon.

Considering the price, the hotel wasn't too bad. You could tell that it is being run on a shoestring budget, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel is right off of I-5, but there is very little noise from the highway.

Close to I5 and stores. In expensive. The room was hot when we arrived since the air conditioner was off and the refrigerator was off as well. The smoke alarm also started beeping at 7am because the battery ran low. The batteries should be changed and regular intervals so clients don't experience this.

Thermostat and cooler make a lot of noise, hard to get deep sleep. Continental breakfast...whatever...the continent I eat breakfast at is not The Sudan during a drought. What $$$ you saved will be spent on food at some breakfast joint

The rooms are old, which I expected, but kept very clean. Minimal breakfast choices. The room rate was very reasonable so I was not suprised that the neighborhood was "interesting". I could walk to several restaurents.

Now, I know it's Red Bluff, and I really didn't have high expectations. WHen I arrived there, it looked ok from the outside, and was pleasantly surprised with my room. Then, I realized what I had gotten into. It looks like everything is up cycled. The soaps, the room key, she erased a number written in pencil, And wrote my room number. The bed was yellow. […] Not white which was odd. The pool was closed. Yeah, it was the last part of April. It was rodeo weekend so I anticipated crowds but the clerk in the morning yelled at me for asking for another towel. Next time, I will drive to redding to get a room if none are available. The hotel was what I expected for the amount of money. It was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a continental offered but when we got to the breakfast area 45 minutes after the start time there was nothing there.

We needed a cheap room off the I5 in red bluff. Price was right, and didn't look half bad! The carpets are the only thing that upset me, but other than that the room was clean, bathroom was clean, everything worked AND they offer a mini fridge and microwave. I have payed way more for a hotel and didn't even get that.

You can tell that the management of this hotel takes pride in it. I honestly didn't find anything to complain about. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Next time I travel through Red Bluff I'll spend the night here again.

When we got to the hotel the front desk lady you could not understand. We got back to the hotel and the TV went out in the middle of the night, got up to no electicity in the bathroom and above the sink. My husband went down to talk to them and the same lady yelled at him, stated it was a PG&E problem. The funny thing is that we were not the only room […] without TV and electicity, the rooms nest to ours was the same. The coffe pot and blowdryer in our room worked at least but had to take a shower in the dark and get ready with not a lot of light. At least our air conditioner did not start to smoke like the people next to us. All in all it was a nightmare and they were very rude, will never spend my money on a Super 8 again, I will stay with the crack attacks down the street. I've stayed at dozens of roadside hotels in my day and use them primarily as nothing more than a bed, a hot shower, and a cheap breakfast in the morning. The bed here was fine. The shower was good. The continental breakfast? Worst I've ever had. First and foremost, I went to get a cup of coffee as soon as I got to the lobby. I was the only one in there, […] apart from the innkeeper watching me from the front desk. I went to fill my styrofoam cup with regular, and the carafe was empty. The innkeeper noticed my look of distress, and then made up some lie about putting the regular coffee in the decaf on accident. Sadly, I drank a cup of the watery decaf just to humor her. Looking around I realized that besides my coffee, nothing else looked good enough to eat. There was a quarter of a picture each of orange juice and milk, both just sitting out on the counter, not refrigerated, not in ice.
