"Great hotel"
Very nice hotel. The rooms are super quiet. Our room was by the elevator and ice machine, but we didn't hear anything.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Uncomfortable Beds"
Beds were too small and uncomfortable. A refrigerator and microwave would be a good idea in a room, most hilton properties now provide that.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice but inconvenient"
They o no have wi-fi in the rooms, this would have been helpful since we were not familiar of te area.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not bad..."
I had no problem with any services or anything in the hotel. I do feel that the hotel can update the carpet since sections are worn and shredding in some areas, but this did not effect my overall rating. Self parking is an additional $11, which I wouldn't mind if it was guarded like other Hilton hotels. Instead the gate stays open from 7 pm-8 am or […] so. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect for catching next morning flight."
Hotel is closest to the airport for people sleeping over night in wait for their flight. That's only reason I would use that hotel. Hotel is nice, spacious rooms, very nice staff. Problem is it's isolated from anything, so if you are planning to see the city during this night, you will be disappointed. I couldn't get to nearby restaurant, but the shuttle […] guy was so nice he drove me back and forth to Denny's nearby, as it was passed midnight and I was starving. "Convenient for early flights"
We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. The location is super convenient and they have a shuttle every 30 min to the airport which was nice. I did find the set up of the hotel kind of awkward though, it wasn't well designed for folks with alot of luggage (which you might expect being right next to an airport and all). You had to walk […] all the way across a large atrium with an uneven floor. Not really a big deal but if you are tired before or after flying and carrying alot with you it just seems a bit annoying. I also thought it was a bit overpriced considering most ppl just want to get to the airport and probably won't be taking advantage of any of the hotel services. "Hilton Austin Airport"
Very nice and clean. On the pricey side and they don't tell you ahead of time that there is an additional $11 per night parking charge. I thought that was crazy, have never had to pay for parking at a hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Mixed bag"
The hotel was satisfactory, although the double beds truly are double beds--tight squeeze for two adults! Amazingly quiet for being right next to the airport. Needed ear plugs when visiting the outdoor pool though! The biggest negative was our dining experience. Took over two hours to receive our food, many other patrons had the same wait and we saw […] some get up and leave before their food arrived. There were many apologies citing short-staffing in the kitchen, but they really should have cut their menu offerings down to just their bar menu to simplify and get people food in a timely manner. Our server was not knowledgeable on the menu or the seasonal beer offering and did not bother going to find out answers to our questions, just throwing up her arms instead and saying "I really can't tell you!". The food, when it arrived, was fine, but we had lost our appetite by that time(10:10 p.m.!) and didn't eat much. There was no break on the bill either. We ordered food "to go" for our kids when we first sat down....that came after an hour and 20 minutes, but they forgot the gravy for my son's chicken strips. It took another 20 minutes to get that from them so the strips were cold.... It was all I could do to keep from going into the kitchen to take charge myself! Also, they charge for parking, which seemed unusual given the setting. We're used to paying at downtown locations where parking is at a premium, but this hotel was all by itself with an ample parking lot. Valet parking was $15 and self-parking was $8. We elected to drop our rental off immediately after unloading and avoid that charge altogether. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"There for a conference"
Several meals were included with the conference I attended, and as a vegetarian, it was no problem getting meatless meals during the banquets where I couldn't eat what was on the menu. I appreciated the extra service. Housekeeping might want to pay better attention - there was a half-eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwich perched on the push-bar of […] the security door going toward the third floor elevators for more than a day. Yuck. Still, overall, would recommend. Very convenient location. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Air Quality Problems"
There seemed to be an air quality problem in the actual hotel room. Within one hour of check in my husband began coughing and I developed a sore throat. Both of these issues stopped when we left the hotel room the next morning. I am wondering if there is a mold problem in the air condtioning system.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for Transit but little else"
If you are traveling through Austin and need a good nights rest this is the perfect hotel. But if you want to take in a bit of what Austin has to offer, this is a bad choice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Down Pillows"
Don't care for the pillows and the type of comforter. Some folks are allergic to the pillows and the comforter is too hot. Just provide in the closet a simple blanket and some firm foam pillows. Thanks.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice, quiet airport hotel"
Hotel had everything I needed: clean spacious bathroom with nice amenities, comfortable bed with clean sheet-covered spread, good thermostat, quiet, dependable wake up call, on time shuttle to airport. No complaints at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"An extremely functional airport & friendly folks"
The hotel itself is well-kept and functional. The staff is very friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointing"
The hotel is conveniently located and seems pleasant from the outside. The room we were given was older and needed maintenance. There was one bedside lamp and one desk lamp to light the entire bedroom. It wasn't sufficient to read from either bed. There were light bulbs out in the fixture in the entryway, making it very dark as well. The walls in this […] part of the room were stained. The restaurant was the high point. Although, it was standard chain hotel food, the waitress was very nice and efficient. I thought it would be a good hotel to stay at for an early flight, but I'll look elsewhere next time. "Convenient to Airport"
I really enjoyed the ambience and the quality of the room. Wonderfully comfortable bed. And the shuttle to the airport was so timely. I did notice a charge against my credit card that I don't think was the correct amount, but it is still pending so perhaps that will be corrected. Otherwise, a great experience.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Hilton Austin Airport - Nice, but parking costs $?"
Good location, rooms are clean, but we did notice a small bug crawling in our room. Could be just a fluke though. We killed the bug, not a big deal. Now, with its location just out side of air port, and nothing but land, why does parking cost $11 a night? and no free internet? In this day and age, both of these items should be included.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect for when you need to catch a flight..."
The hotel was perfect for what we needed as we were flying out of Austin the day after we checked in. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet (even with an airport next door). The breakfast service was a bit slow and they charged us for 2 buffets when we only had one, but things were quickly remedied. Again, just what we needed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton Austin Airport"
It was a great hotel and the room was very nice. The location/access to the airport was the reason we stayed, but I would stay again just because. A little pricey but worth it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Couldn't ask for a better hotel"
The price was great, the location could not be more convenient, the free airport shuttle is super convenient, the service from everyone was stellar, the room was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable- something I was not expecting as most hotel beds are tolerable at best. The grounds are gorgeous- when you walk in you feel like you're walking into […] another outdoor space. It's lush and clean and makes you feel important. Check in could not have been faster and no checkout was needed- awesome. We stayed here the night of our wedding as we flew out for our honeymoon at 5am the next morning. We ended up getting in at 2:30am so between bringing up our bags, wedding night shenanigans and showers we only got to sleep for about an hour, but it was great. I could not have been more pleased and I'm still surprised at how great the rate was for how fabulous a hotel this is. Why isn't this hotel rated 5 stars??? We will definitely be back. "Awesome Hotel!"
The hotel had everything I was looking for, cannot complain. The free airport shuttle took only 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. I had a flight at 7am and the shuttle driver told me the right time I should head to the airport. "Hilton-Austin Airport"
Although I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort of the room, I was disappointed that the Hilton charged an additional charge for practically everything. At most hotels, I am able to receive the internet for free in my room, and they provide a continental breakfast. However, at this location, I was charged for both in addition to parking fees. I was […] surprised that I had to pay to park. The hotel was nice but I spent money that I found was ridiculous to ask of your guests. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"BEWARE OF ADDED COST!"
If you book your hotel through Expedia and you have a vehicle you plan to park there overnight, be prepared for an added parking fee! We were totally surprised and upset to find out that even after paying our nightly rate, the hotel charged us an extra $11 to park our vehicle in their lot. This was very upsetting, particularly because the valet told […] us parking was free for guests. The front desk & attendant told us that Expedia does not include the parking fee. I wondered why a guest should have to pay to park there anyhow!! We were very upset. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely and very convenient to the airport. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Bring Lots of Cash!"
The hotel is beautiful, the room service exquisite and the accomodations first class. But every thing you did other than sleep required money. Parking $15.00/night, High Speed Internet ($10.00?..don't remember the exact amt), you can use the internet cafe downstairs to check in but HURRY! If you are on more than 15 minutes, there's a per minute charge! […] And if you print out your boarding pass.... another $1.00 per page!!!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good if you need a base near the airport"
The hotel was as expected. It is a fairly new building and adhered to the standards of Hilton, the lobby area was open and inviting and the rooms clean and comfortable with a nice, clean, functional bathroom. I did not have a meal at the hotel so I cannot comment on the quality of the food but the menu looked good with selection for all tastes. The […] location is good if you need a base near the airport but is a bit far from downtown. Even with ample parking space, the was still a charge for overnight parking which I found a bit sketchy. "Poor Customer Service"
The shuttle service is unreliable. Although they are only two minutes away from the airport they take their sweet time to pick you up. However, the service to the airport from the hotel is wonderful & like clockwork every 20 minutes. The service I received at the restaurant was unnecessarily long and excrutiating. For starters, I sat at my table (of […] 1) for 10 minutes before the hostess came over to take my drink order. During this time the server was undestandably working with other tables but unnecessarily counting his tips at the hostess stand. The hostess never brought me my water and I waited another 10 minutes before the server came over to take my drink order (again). I received my drinks and proceeded to give him my salad and entree order. I waited over 25 minutes to get my salad. When I finished my salad my entree arrived then the fresh bread I was supposed to get with my salad. The time that passed between leaving my room and returning was 1 hour & 45 minutes. Too long for a table of 1. The following morning I submitted an in-room breakfast order and it was never received. When I expressed the issue at check out the desk agent didn't show concern or question the problem. In fact, I felt unwelcomed at the hotel. It's definitely not a hotel I would visit again, regardless of the convenience. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hilton Austin"
When we first arrived the Hotel seemed a bit deserted. The economy has really impacted the energy from this HIlton. The staff was very friendly but a little quite. They all seemed a bit melancholy. We did dine at the restaurant on site and the food was great. The room was very clean as well. The only draw back is that there is no other building in site […] for 20 minutes out. Its a perfect Hotel to stay in if its just for the night but since my daughter and I had to spend 5 hours until our flight left, There was not much to do but hang out at the lounge area and watch TV. Again the staff was courteous and accomadating. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Airport Hilton in Austin"
Close to the airport, so I was worried about being "stuck" for dinner & breakfast. front desk clerk gave me a free breakfast buffet coupon (saved $15 right there) and the bar has a happy hour from 4-7pm daily. $3.50 domestics, $4 imports wells, 25% off wine bottles too. The dinners ranged from $10-20, chicken fried steak (huge) with 2 sides was only […] $16. My room was well proportioned, with a king bed, good sized bathroom. A/C was a little loud with the fan on medium, I just turned the temp lower & kept the fan on lowest speed. 2 elevators made for a zero wait. Stay here versus the other "airport" hotels as they are much further out on 71, and pretty much only offer a waffle house and denny's as dining alternatives. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Average, Expensive Hotel"
This hotel is very close to the airport and good for a short stay. It is very comparable to other average hotels, but twice the price of an average hotel. It is not your stereotypical Hilton. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and hotel service. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The pool area is supposed to close at […] 10pm, but hotel workers were fine with us staying out there much later than that. We were staying here on vacation, but this is definitely a business hotel. All we saw were people in suits, pilot uniforms, flight attendant uniforms, etc. This hotel is more suited for short business stays in our opinion. It is pretty basic with amenities and is definitely more pricey than it is worth. There was no continental breakfast, no free internet in the rooms, no free parking, no small refrigerator, etc. Everything seemed to come with a fee here, which is not ideal for vacation. There was a small restaurant were you can buy meals. You can get free wireless in the lobby, but not your room. Paying to park was the worst. There was no shortage of land around the hotel, so we could not figure out why it was so expensive to park a car. The free airport shuttle was one nice perk we received. Overall, we were fairly satisfied with this hotel, but would probably not stay again due to the many fees, high cost of the room and few amenities. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location..ok facility"
I stayed at this hotel specifically because it is the only one on airport property. While not connected to the terminal it is only a 5 minute shuttle ride away. (You have to call the hotel for pick up.) The facility was average but the location makes this the best place to be close to AUS.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Closest to Austin Airport"
This hotel is 1 minute from the airport building entrance. If you have a rental drop it off the night before and take the hotel shuttle in the morning. If you park a car there is charge even if you are a guest of the hotel. Room service was excellent. Food was good and hot. We were very satisfied with the room and service. Tip: the next closest lodging […] would not be as safe. There are some not so touristy areas just outside the airport. There is a business office where you can print airport documents and a hotel shuttle. Very satisfied. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
