Satisfied. No surprises and all expectations were met as I traveled with my family of six which can be a challenge at times. Room and bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay here. The two bedroom suite was perfect. My husband and I shared the King Suite and my parents shared the two queen bed suite. Each bedroom had a door to it that could be closed and locked. There was a living space (with pull out couch) between the two bedrooms and a kitchen with a full size fridge. We loved it.

We were in town to attend a birthday party and arrived a bit earlier than we expected so we tried to do an early check-in. Unfortunately, they had no clean rooms. This is understandable, but the girl at the front desk was quite rude to my husband. However, when we returned in the evening to check-in, the guy at the desk was super friendly and tried […] to accomodate our request for two queens instead of a king. He couldn't give us two queens because they had none, but instead offered us an adjoining room for the same price as the one room. We didn't take him up on it, but wow, that is going above and beyond. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Bed was superbly comfortable and I slept great. The pillows were great as well (which can make my night of sleep pleasant or unpleasant). We will definitely stay here again and we do recommend this hotel. We were only in the room for a few hours rest, however, we wish we had had longer because the room was so nice. Lots of room and very comfortable . . . even had a nice fireplace, unfortunately, it was September in Houston and still muggy outside.

My daughter and grandaughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very clean and quiet and the hotel personnel very courteous and friendly. The breakfasts were also good and plentiful. We loved being close to The Woodlands mall and other shopping areas and caught some terrific end-of-season sales.

We went for a concert at the Pavillion and we made the perfect choice on staying here. It was close, convenient and very nice. The front clerk gave us a map of the area, and was very helpful with info about the Pavillion. this suite hotel has all you would want, except vehicle accessibility. It is located on the feeder road of I-45 southbound, between Hwy 242 and Research Forest Blvd. Most of The Woodlands commercial area is south of Research. In order to get to or return to your hotel you have to go north to 242 and loop back. Also the sign is not large and the hotel […] is set back. You have to be looking. I missed it once. The pool is pretty. The breakfasts are substantial. The rooms are not large, but the kitchens would suffice for light meals. However there is no bar service or happy hour Friday-Sunday, as in nothing. If you're there for a meeting or don't plan to leave the hotel, it's a good choice. I, however, won't stay there again. We had stayed at a Homewood Suites in another city before, so we chose this one for a short-notice trip. The price was very good when you consider the comfort of the suite and the fact that Homewood provides a really nice breakfast. Beautiful lobby and outdoor pool. Rooms are new and nice with giant t.v.s. Breakfast was decent. Only problem is location. Located on southbound access road to I-45, anytime you leave the hotel you have to make a 5+ mile circuit to get back to hotel. The Woodlands Town Center is nearby, a mile or 2 south of hotel, but when you return to hotel you have […] to go North on 45 for miles, before you reach the road that lets you off 45 and onto the southbound access road. This hotel is absolutely perfect for a family. It is spacious and comfortable. It's nice to have two televisions so that one can be for cartoons and such. The staff were all so polite and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
