"Central location - pity about air conditioning units"

This is a good, clean hotel and very centrally located for shopping, entertainment etc. Room was very pleasant - bed comfortable but could have provided better pillows. The downside was we were allocated Room 533 which is just opposite the air conditioning units for Strathclyde Police Station - not something you want to hear in the middle of the night. At breakfast you are served bacon almost raw and even with several people asking for it to be better cooked it still came back the same. Would go back for its location but not to Room 533.

"Good location and large breakfast"

Very nice hotel in a good area. Large buffet breakfast is provided. Staff very helpful and convenient to restaurants and buses. A few drawbacks: the tub/shower would be difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility problems- the sides are very high. Wireless internet access from the room is quite pricey, and the hotel had only one functioning lobby computer (at a cost of £1 for 20 minutes.

"Great Hotel a little out of the way"

If you want to be in the heart of Glasgow for historic sightseeing this is a little out of the way. But if you are looking for a clean hotel with wonderful amenities and the most helpful staff members then this is it! Great dining and pubs are just around the corner and the breakfast is superb!

Vi var mer än nöjda med vår hotellvistelse. Ett stort rum, skön säng och ett rent och fräscht badrum. God, mättande frukost, ett trevligt bemötande och centralt läge.
