I had only rented this cheap room for the night. My husband and I spent all day at Sea World and was way too tierd to drive back. It was about 10 miles from Sea World there is a WalMart right next to the hotel and IHOP along with lots of other resturants. It is not a trashy neighborhood!

My sister an I had a great stay. The room was freshly cleaned and the continental breakfast hit the spot. the service was pleasant.

If you are just looking to get a bed for the night and you don't care if it is hard this is the place you are looking for. The weekend price is way too high. The weekly rate seems about right for what you get.

Although they were still do some renovations, the room was in good condition and the beds were ok. The room had a smell to it when you first enter but then went away, maybe was the new paint.

When we first checked in we noticed they had shampooed the carpet. We went out for dinner and when we came back it smelled very badly like vomit. The room we wanted and that we got had a microwave and small refrigerator so when we called the manager and told him about the awful smell in the room, he moved us to another room and allowed us to move the microwave and refrigerator to the room with us. For the price, it was okay. There was a BBQ place and an IHOP walking distance and there was a Wal-Mart and convenience store right down the road which was very convenient. We had a pleasant stay. We would return again.

good hotel with friendly staff.Our room was newly redone with new beds and carpet. some rooms are still under construction but everything else was great.

"good place to stay"

They are redoing many of the rooms. Our room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked very good in the 100+ days we were there. It is very easy to get there and to go to other areas of the city. Walmart is close by and there are several resturants in walking distance.

I stayed off site from a conference hotel in downtown San Antonio. At the rate, I paid I expected a little lower quality room. It wasn't disgusting but it was definitely 1 star or less.
