I checked in around 9:30pm on a Monday. There was no microwave, no coffee maker, no dishes or pans,forks/spoons, etc....and no remote for the tv. When i brought it to the attention of "the night guy", he just rudly told me to tell the office during business hours. I didnt get any plates, etc ubtill Thursday, the coffee maker on Friday. I never was given a remote or microwave. The stove burners are broken. The bed was comfortble and the pillows are good ones. The AC works well and is fairly quiet. The hot water is WAAAAY to hot. I will never stay there again and i am writing Extended Stay Corp. Requesting a refund of some of my payment for the week i spent there. VEEERRYY Low Class dive. Skip room 254 if its offered to you !!!!

I know the hotel was in-expensive and I am just needed a place to reside for the week I was in town. It could have been cleaner, cob webs where falling from the ceiling. It needed a good dusting. I wasn't aware before hand that the room that was being reserved for me was a smokers room. I do not smoke and being in that type of environment made it hard to breath. Also, when I flush the toilet in the bath-room water would run on the floor. The tech on site fixed the problem. I do not see me staying there again. Outside could be a lot cleaner need to take pride in hotel. Finally, there should be staff on site 24 hrs a day. I think they leave @ 7pm. If some locks the key in room by accident or has an emergency after 7pm forget it, will not be able to get assistance until after 9am

In a broad day light we were served through a night window after waiting for the front desk lady for hours it's like 82' hot. The room I was given I found some bugs on the bed and asked to be moved to a different room they refused , they offer me a spray but I refused to share my room with a bug so the 2nd day they cancelled my reservation & refunded my money.

I enjoyed my stay here. It accommodated me for all my needs, including pet friendly. I read the description of what all it included for the price and thought it was false advertising, but that simply was not the case. They offer everything including cable t.v., internet service, microwave, stove, icebox, dinnerware, cookware, laundry service and pet friendly (which is hard to find at a lot of places these days) also its off of a main hwy. and minutes from downtown Atlanta. The price is $25.00 per night. Which is well worth the money. Thank you for an excellent experience..... will be revisiting soon.

Waited 30 minutes to check in cause the front desk lady was on her break.the carpet in the room so smelly & suffocating .bath tub and carpet really long passed its replacement .the rest I guess for the money is ok.on the evening no one available if your key don't work the security lets you in ,but still you got to wait in the morning for your keys to be made.

Even for my low standards, this place was pretty bad. I was looking for someplace cheap to stay for one night. How bad could it be right? There ended up being no water in the shower - this after having worked a messy construction job all day. I tried for about an hour to get a hold of someone to fix it or move me to another room and never got an answer. Didn't want to go outside because this is somewhere you don't want to be after dark.

The place looks OK from the outside, but the room was a different story. The plaster and paint both needed attention. In the bathroom, there appeared to be some sort of mold-like substance. In addition,the maid was knocking on everyone's door at 8:30 am to ask them if they were going to stay another night. The check-out time was 11 am, so she was way too early. Save your money!

Very friendly staff, but probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Had to switch rooms because I was uncomfortable using the bathroom it was so gross. I know it's like 25 dollars a night, but if you have any standards whatsoever, pass this establishment by!

The staff was very nice and helpful but the room itself was very outdated, the bath tub was dingy, peeling paint on the walls and they supply the room with dishes but they were in the cabinet dirty....so I would only recommend this place for someplace to sleep cheaply.

Paint falling from the ceiling at any giving time..the bed only had three legs on its frame. The dresser was broken and the tv wasnt clearly showing it could be a better place if it had better maintenance and really need to hire real house keeping

We stayed a week - clean and good price for a clean place to rest up. Not a fancy place but was good choice - save Hundreds $$ rather than staying inner city. this was our second stay and will come back again if in the area. Should note that this is like a self serve when it come to house keeping, Just bring the towels / bedding sheets to the front desk for clean as needed ( Keep Price of Stay Low ) - However can request maid/house keeping day if you wish for an additional small fee. Room have internet - stove / frig / micro wave/ sink / coffee maker ( bring coffee and filters ) and has some silverware / dishes / cups / glasses. dishwasing soap upon request at front desk. good places to eat all close by. Highly recommend for the budget consious.

Lock was broken off the door (rusted off) Mold on the ceilings, disgusting black muck all over the bath tub. Two of the lamps were broken, the pipes made the water taste disgusting, rugs were dirty, room smelled bad... Staff were decent, but all in all if you stay here you're making a HUGE mistake, HUGE.

Rooms were very outdated. Need to be upgraded with new carpeting, bigger tv, and new kitchen cabinets. Good location. Also, housekeeping never came to clean the room daily. But other than that, room was okay.

Had to request a change of room because of the nasty odor. Found out later from talking to another guest that an older man and his dog had been a long term guest in that room. Yuke! Had to go to a corner store to purchase TP because I was told they had ran out. Never again

This hotel was Terrible. Sketchy is an understatement. No one was at the check-in window when I arrived. Had to ask around and then wait for someone to show up. Drugs and prostitution are common here, I'm sure. The room was horribly dirty and disgusting. Didn't shower here because the bathroom was so gross. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but did not even go back for the 2nd. Was looking for a cheap place to stay near the airport. Would have been better off sleeping in the rental car. I don't know how it is even legal for a place like this to be in operation. How can Expedia have any connection to such a miserable establishment?

This extended stay hotel is well used, worn and perhaps abused. The room had the stench of past smoking and there were lots of cigarette burns on the carpet, the furniture, in the bathroom, and even on the bedspread. The electrical outlets would not hold my plugs tight. I arrived very late and found the TV on and the heater running on high. My sister, who lives in the area, was with me helping to manage my baggage. I was embarassed. But this hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for. I turned off the heat and ran the vent all night without any problems with comfort. The carpet was rough and nearly thread bare.

I booked this hotel through hotels.com call in service. I requested 5am check in, but arrived at the hotel and no one was there to check me in. I called the off site help desk and was informed it would be 10 minutes until help arrived. 30 minutes later,I was greeted by the rudest hospitality employee ever. She proceeded to check me in and tell me how much of an inconvenience she was caused.

even though it's a residential hotel, the room was clean, and smelled fresh. Bed was supportive and comfortable. Courtesy officer came by to verify i got checked in OK. for the money it was quite nice.

This hotel was just nasty...the room was not clean they had hair on the floor there was no one one duty at nite(no one works after 10) hotel was ran by the security guard that who couldn't even check me in....when I asked about switching rooms because of this she told me she doesn't hav accuses to that ...this hotel had people living there and fixing on cars the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 7 in the morning like the police to ask if I was staying over nite I said no and she left when we got up to leave she was sitting down eating...we thought she was about to clean....there were baby car seats and high chairs in the hall ....this was the worst every

I've been 3 times........first time I had no issues at all.......2nd time, no hot water and other issues but maintenance resolved that asap. Last time it's okay.....It's an okay spot, not a roach motel and you really need a car because there is no local marta other than that I was satisfied because they made sure they did what they had to do with what they had.

It apeared that the hotel had new roof, newly painted inside and out, new flooring and super clean. It had old school furniture in it but it was fine. There was dishes, microwave, two burners and small frig. You could not beat the price.
