The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the hotel staff are friendly and always available. The breakfast is good and abundant. The only drawback I'd have to say is that the wifi in the room is chargeable.

Hotel is very convenient to international airport, a bit of walking in enclosed passageways or they have their own golf carts to shuttle you back & forth. Located some distance from the city, but there is an Ekspress (sic) train that leaves regularly from airport terminal to Sentral (sic) station in downtown KL. Nice room, contemporary and well maintained, bed a little stiff for me; nice big bath with tub & large separate shower stall. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, US, European, Chinese and local flavors (no pork, this is a Muslim country).

This was a great choice for my very quick trip to KL as it put me in the heart of one of the most vibrant districts...Chinatown! My room was on the front of the building and while you can hear the hubbub below, it wasn't enough to keep me from sleeping well. If you are planning to pack tons of luggage or take a taxi to the hotel, this is not the place for you as you will need to walk in from the edges of Chinatown (about 1-1/2 blocks in any direction) due to the mobile stands parked in the middle of the streets and sidewalks selling goods. If you're an adventurous tourist who likes to quickly get to the heart of a city, this is the place for you! Breakfast was great (satisfied both western and eastern appetites), the staff is friendly and helpful in many languages, the room was very nice and comfortable, it's about two or three blocks to a metro station on the main line (going from KL Sentral past most of the sights and out to the fringes), and elevator and free water filling station are small but appreciated perks for the road weary traveler! I would definitely stay here next time I am in KL!

Lost booking resulted in 20 minutes at reception till they could find a room for us. Bed had been made up and linen not changed, had black hairs and dried blood stains on linen. Room small, not somwhere you could relax in for a few hours let alone a day!

"No free wifi provide"
1.We sugguest to provide free wifi in room or lobby. 2. Too noisy from the neighbour. 3. No extra quilt, too cold for the air condition, can't adjust the tempature switch.

酒店位置便捷，购物相当方便。去KL SENTRAL 也比较方便。附近还有很多唐人街，独立广场等景点。小朋友玩的KL BIRD PARK, BUTTERFLY PARK也值得推荐. 就是我们定的房型太小。酒店服务人员非常热情。总体来说还会再次入住。
"Cititel Mid Valley之我感"
酒店整体感觉还不错，下楼就是大商场，购物什么的比较方便，去双子也不远。但是，注意但是，千万不要在这家酒店的大厅里面就餐，太！！！！味道！！！！太差！！
