The hotel is great for those travelling on business. If travelling as a tourist keep in mind that this is a business district of London and many of the local bars & restaurants close early on weekends.

Very simple, and a bit run-down, but convenient to the City and reasonably priced. Enjoy the easy on-line check-in and out that is typical of Club Quarters. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street.

Location is perfect. Size, comfort, and cleanliness of room were perfect. Couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at on vacation. They even have a filtered water dispenser with plastic water bottles so you can get some clean, cold, filtered water at any time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Very comfortable. location is great. Downstairs French restaurant Cote had a great list of wine and excellent dessert choices. I particularly liked their olives (for appetizer:)). Internet service is complimentary, however, the signal and quality varied from time to time.

Great hotel if you are visiting London for few days. Located right by St. Paul's cathedral and very close to the tube. I think that 4 star rating is a bit misleading. I would say 3 star at best.

This hotel is in the banking district so it is a little out of the way, but given the amount of traffic and tourists that were in London this weekend being out of the way meant quiet and peaceful. The staff were very professional and helpful and out rooms were small but very clean and comfortable.

Never felt the absence of folks during the weekend.....right at the steps of St Paul's Two outstanding grocery stores nearby...two block walk to the TUBE. I had read previous reviews for this hotel and decided to take a chance based on the positive feedbacks. I have to say that I was quite impressed so was my husband. Our room had a queen bed with a cot put in for my son - who thought it was great he had his own twin bed. The room had a kitchenette and a fridge so you could buy food at the local M&S just […] a few steps away. The room is small by North American standards however, for Europe it was quite good. Modern, clean and well designed. I appreciated the fact that we had wireless included in the price and a TV that had more than 5 channels to watch although we did not stay in the room much. I would definitely recommend Club Quarter's St. Paul - you must do St. Paul's cathedral if you are there as well! We are planning a return trip and we will be staying here. Read more

Right next to St. Paul's Cathedral and a short walk to St Paul's subway station, and many sites and locations. Plenty of quick eats nearby, free coffee in the lounge, and free open wifi throughout the hotel. The neighborhood becomes grid-locked with traffic during the week so traveling via taxi to and from hotel may be difficult (and costly).

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean as was the rest of the Hotel. It's location to sights and public transportation, and the helpful attitude of the staff got me around to many different places in London with little effort. The area was also very nice for strolls and some shopping.

During my two week stay in LONDON, I used the hotels.com website three times. First was the awful and disastrous experience at the FIRS HOTEL (an ungodly place with horrible staff and a "bait and M.O.) The second hotel was substantially better but CLUB QUAT+RTERS was far and away the best! The only tiny complaint I would offer was the breakfast. It seemed included but we were hot with an 8 pound 50p charge each (which is a lot for fruit and toast. comes to almost 30 USD) but that was it! The hotel was nicer than nice and the showers a welcome relief from all the walking one does while sightseeing in LONDON. This hotel was a little pricey but understandable given that it is next to St Paul's Cathedral. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and 24 hr convenience store within 3 blocks from the hotel. The underground is also a 5 min walk. Our stay at the hotel was perfect. Overall, I like this hotel mainly for the great location and great value for the price. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and three computer workstations for their guests to use. Free snacks and wines were served daily at 5 pm. pros: clean, safe, comfortable, inexpensive. cons: irritable staff (in most every case over the 4-day stay), 8 euros for a continental breakfast (oj, toast, and yogurt), windows (in London at least) don't open.
