I spent 4 and a half days at Club Quarters for a meeting and was very pleased. I arrived in the morning and was checked in early, there is coffee and snacks in the lounge and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was small but comfy. If economy is your priority, this is the place for you. It's a clean, well-run hotel with decent-sized rooms for the price. Just don't let them put you on the "penthouse" floor, which is served by only one elevator. But for not so much more you can find more gracious lodgings in this neighborhood.

Super efficient and knowledgable staff. Jesse, Liz and other front desk associates were all very professional, friendly and extremely helpful! The Club Quarter's location is superior to any that I stay in considering its close proximity to Wall St. and the 2 & 3 train lines. Leo's Bakery is a few blocks away as is the Killarney Pub. This is a very nice hotel that often has great rates on weekends. It's right next to the 2 & 3 subway lines and Stone Street restaurants and bars. Make sure you get any towels or extra pillows before the day staff goes home, because the night staff promises but doesn't deliver. My experience was pleasent , found the reception staff very helpful . free wi-fi, unlimited supply of Coffee and purified water was bonus considering that everything in NY is pricey . But would reccomend a facelift the decor is bit outdated and lift a very slow they take for ever .

The hotel staff was very flexible and willing to work with you for requests. Very pleasant too. The location is fantastic for seeing the Wall Street area. The rooms were clean, however, due to this location, there didn't seem to be many options for a room with much natural light. They weren't clean, they were poorly decorated, they definitely weren't sound proof, they were tiny, and the best accommodation for the price was bottled tap water. Additionally, they charge you fifty extra dollars without any prior notice in case you "break something". Rooms are small, but sufficient. The only downfall was the church bells first thing in the morning. Stayed out late on New Year's Eve and woke up to early to the church bells with a hang over. Hotel is located right next to a subway and makes getting around the city easy.

The hotel is locat.ed in an old building which is not very well maintained. There was a problem with the water pipes, resulting in loud noise, in the first room assigned to us. We asked to change room which could be accommodated. Then, two out of three elevators did not work. This was fixed but still caused some inconvenience.

For Manhattan, club quarters wall st was one of the only hotels that wouldn't break the bank around christmas time. That being said the bed was hard as a rock and the duvet was a cheap sateen type material that slipped off the bed all night long. The rooms were clean with high ceilings but very small with a miniature 3/4 bathroom. The hotel restaurant […] was hosting a private party for hours in the evening and hotel guests were not alerted ahead of time that they would not be able to dine there. The night concierge was extremely helpful however and went out of her way to help us find an alternate place to eat. This was a great hotel for the price - staff were very attentive, room was clean and as advertised - location was PERFECT, directly above the Wall Street station - an Express stop on the red line, and one block from an Express stop on the green line.

Although we only stayed one night here, I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. The room was perfect for us! The staff at the desk were always very helpful and informative.
