"Great, 2-Night Stay"
Everything went great. Not only is this hotel in a prime location close to the Pier, it's really close to the train. There's a great espresso machine and 2 Macs in the lobby area. Also free chilled bottled waters. They'll bring yoga mats and bikes to your room too, but I didn't have time to test it out. There's a GREAT bar downstairs that's a bit pricey, […] but the service makes up for that. I was able to check-in early and leave my bags for a few hours after check-out. All the staff, from the maids to the guest service manager & reps, were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the small room size, but that's to be expected in NYC. I'll definitely stay here or another Club Quarters on my next trip. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"safe, not too busy"
We enjoyed it so much! Being our first time in New York City, the conceirces were amazingly patient and helpful with all our questions. I loved the free bottles of water available in the hallway. Also, the subway was so convenient. We loved Leo's bagels down the street too!! I would recommend it to anyone coming. The affordably was also great for the […] niceness of the hotel and for how well were taken care of! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"OK hotel, but disappointing room"
This hotel is centrally located in the Wall Street district and has nice amenities such as free coffee and filtered water, but we were overall unimpressed. The room we had with a "kitchenette" (which consisted only of a microwave and a refrigerator- pretty much nothing else, and not what I would call a kitchenette) was large and fairly comfortable. […] The bathroom was barely large enough to turn around in, though! The bed was not as nice as many cheaper hotels we have stayed in, with cheap vinyl/plastic bedding. In spite of the size of the room, the hard and uncomfortable bed was jammed in to a small space by the tiny bathroom. We could barely walk around it. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last several years, but with very poor workmanship! The walls and flooring in the bathroom were a mess and the bathtub looked over 30 years old. Thus, the bathroom and all of the nooks and crannies int the room were hard to clean and had grossly visible dirt/hair/etc all over the place. I would give the room overall a "poor" rating for cleanliness. I felt like I did not want to walk around in the room with my shoes off! The blackout curtains were coming apart, too, and the furniture looked dirty. Overall, I would say this was a poorly maintained room/hotel. The one other thing that was very disappointing was that there was no safe in our room. Again, I have stayed at many cheaper hotels that offer room safes. This is a business hotel? with no room safe? in NYC? Unusual.... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"The Perfect Spot"
Right on 2 subway stops. Delicious food. Plenty of food/coffee options nearby if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Extremely helpful & friendly staff. I usually stay uptown but will keep this as my preferred place from now on.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great rate for the room and location. The staff is always very attentive and professional.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable hotel in heart of financial district"
Stayed one night to attend to business. Hotel conveniently located on Williams Street. Parking available 2 short blocks away. Restaurants conveniently located around hotel and hotel bar/restaurant is satisfactory, although busy and loud - not good place for serious business meeting. I had Court appearance at Foley Square. Close enough to walk to Court […] in good weather. I would stay there again and recommend this hotel Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The only issue I had was that the Queen size bed, which I booked and expected, was really a Full size bed, NOT a Queen size. I asked the maid when she came to make up the room and she said there are other rooms with bigger Queen size beds. I have never heard of "bigger" Queen size beds. It either is or isn't a Queen size bed and this definitely was […] NOT. Next time I will have to clearly ask for the "bigger" Queen size bed. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent Hotel and Staff!"
The hotel is excellent, well-appointed with nice amenities (coffee in the lounge and a water dispenser on each floor) with an extraordinarily helpful and engaging Staff. In particular, I want to commend Lisa on the front desk - she was exceptionally professional, knowledgable, courteous and always warm. A real pleasure to see when we came out of the […] elevator! "Small room but nice"
Room is small. Nice staff, several amenities, free wifi, etc. Only one wash cloth in room and left after cleaning. Overall good and would stay again. Location is very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was really great. The staff was amazing had rooms were ever clean and comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great first stay in NYC"
I stayed only for a few days but it was a great time, recommend some if the local bars on Stone StreetGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel in financial district."
We loved visiting New York city, it was the most cosmopolitan city in US. We had the best pizza outside Naples, and best Chinese steamed dumplings outside Shanghai. My sons' favorite was fried ice cream they got from street festival. New York is getting a lot cleaner from the last time when visited the city.Genuine Expedia guest review
"First time NYC trip for family"
My husband and I stayed for 2 night with our 3 children, ages 14, 10 and 8 and found the room to be large (by NY standards) and comfortable. I stayed in a one room suite. I loved the complimentary water. Close to the subway line and there was a dunkin doughnuts and a starbucks in very close proximity for our morning coffee. Lots of restaurants nearby. […] Short walk to Chinatown and Little Italy hopped on the subway for everything else. Would stay there again for a family trip it was worth the time on the subway to have a little more space in our room Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable and in a nice area"
Standard rooms are comfortable but a little small. Some amenities are shared in a community guest closet that seemed mostly empty of amenities. Front desk staff helpful most of the time, but no real dedicated concierge services. The help your self bottled water, snack and coffee bar are a nice touch.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean & comfortable"
Very pleased with all aspects of one night stay. Room was clean, well laid out, & fairly spacious for NYC. Staff was friendly. Water in hallway & lobby coffee machine was appreciated. Only downside was slippery fabric on comforter - would prefer it have a duvet cover that was changed between guests.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good price for quality, especially in New York. 1/2 block from 2/3 train and 2 blocks to 4/5 train so easy location. Fitness center, restaurant, bar make it convenient. This is the second time I've stayed here and would go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overpriced (even for the NYC market)"
I booked a non-refundable rate and remembered about 12 hours after booking that my sister was coming to visit me that weekend. So I contacted Expedia and attempted to push the reservation back the following weekend, but the hotel refused. This was 6 weeks in advance of the reservation. So I went to NYC and left my sister alone in my hometown to not […] visit me, as she was kind enough to not want me to waste my money. After taking this hard-line policy on the fact that I absolutely had to keep this reservation at that time, and not one week later, the hotel then tried to get me to pay more money to upgrade to a larger room. So apparently it was absolutely essential that I keep that reservation for that room, except it wasn't when it meant more money for them. They gave this attempted upsell spiel to everyone who checked in to the cheapest rooms. Meanwhile, most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, including at the electronic device powering station, the sink in the bathroom did not drain, the shower had no water pressure, and the walls were paper thin so I heard thumping bass music as I tried to sleep. Overall the room is OK for what you're paying, and nicely located right next to a subway stop, but I would have appreciated a little flexibility about changing my stay date given my situation, especially when they themselves tried to get me to change rooms. Though with the lack of amenities, they may need to grab the money they can get and can't afford being nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"new york is safe"
very nice. very close to sights and subways. very friendly city. very friendly and helpful staff . absolutly nothing negative about our 4 day stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was clean. Close to the subway stops. The free water was a huge plus. We had no trouble storing our luggage on checkout day to continue touring the city. Used the parking validation to save a few dollars on our car parking. Some rooms had a fridge/microwave but others did not.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean and Comfortable"
My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at this hotel. It was clean, safe, comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! We also spent some time at the bar which was pretty cool.Genuine Expedia guest review
Towels felt like sand paper, shower water pressure was uncomfortably strong and you barely had room to move, AC unit made sounds all night long as it struggled to stay on, duvet material was itchy and constantly fell off the bed all night. It wasn't awful, but I definitely wouldn't seek this hotel out again. On the bright side, the staff was fairly […] nice, the view was decent and the location was convenient to the wall st. "Phenomonal Stay! Excellent Staff!"
We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. However, the staff are what made the hotel stay great! Everyone from the restaurant to the front desk were exceptional and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Better than expected"
The room was larger than expected - i had nothing to complain about. There is free purified water to collect in the hallways - useful if you are taking it with you - and free coffee in the lobby. I could also store my luggage there after check-out which was very useful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A relatively small but very well appointed and comfortable room with a great bed. The only problem was finding the hotel among the narrow--and one-way--streets of Lower Manhattan.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Club Quarters is as good as it usually is. The problem is that Hotels.com advertised the room as queen bed and it was actually a double bed. I had to be extra to upgrade.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I would definitely stay there again when travelling for work.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was convenient to lower Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights. Only problem we encountered was internet did not work very well in our room,( I believe 10th floor) though it was fine in lobby. I have encountered that difficulty at other hotels (not club quarters) where my room was far from the main internet connection. Other than that everything was […] great. Staff were particularly helpful with my internet issues. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place for a business trip"
I loved this place. The perfect hotel for business because the staff are not all over you. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they don't smother you (this gets old when you spend half your life in a hotel). If you need something, they'll get it for you. Free wifi, free filtered water on every floor, optional delivery of workout equipment to your […] room (although the gym was very good too), spacious rooms with enough room to move around it. If you are looking for pampering, you won't find it here. But for business travel... I think it's the best I've seen in a while. The only comment I could possibly make was that I found the bed a bit too firm but that is just personal preference. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good hotel, close to landmarks."
In this hotel, the service was great and the employes were very helpful. The rooms were a little small but very cozy, and the beds and bathroom made you feel like you were at home. There is a nice lobby that you can use computers, get a drink of water or catch up on the latest news. Overall, I give it the hotel 4.5 stars and I would recommend this place […] to a friend. "Convenient Downtown Location"
1 block from New York Stock Exchange, 5min walk to WTC memorial, and the 2/3 subway stop just steps away from hotel. Free wireless (that works well) and free bottled water. Spacious room, nice tv and desk. Air conditioning rumbled a bit at night. Chipotle and other cheap eateries nearbyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I arrived and went through the self check in which said I was in room 2112. I have stayed here before so I got on the elevator with a front desk clerk I noticed there was not a button for 21st floor. She said that was a different elevator which was out of service. She said get off at 20 go straight back and walk up. I want up but only saw ph room numbers […] I go up one more floor and the door says hard hats only. I come back down after carrying heavy luggage up and down 2 flights of narrow stairs and go back to the front desk. She tells me I should have opened the top door that said hard hats only alarm will sound I asked for an escort so she called a bellman that took me up and took me to ph12. I said my room number said 2112. He said ph for penthouse and 21 st floor are the same. If I had gone up to the next floor I would be in the roof. How disorganized. "Nice hotel but a little stingy on the service"
Great location close to the 2 & 3. A short jaunt from connectors. Staff was pleasant & helpful. The rooms had tall ceilings & great windows. The setup of the room didn't utilize the space well. The towels weren't enough. You get a room for three then the hotel should know to put three bath towels minimum. Good stay overall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great for quick stay"
I read many of the reviews prior to booking and expected the room to be small, and it was comparatively but it fit my needs perfectly. "Good location, clean rooms"
Club Quarters is a great hotel brand. My husband and I stayed at one of their Chicago locations prior to our NYC trip and were really impressed with the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the rooms. The beds could stand to be a little more comfortable and I was disappointed that our room at the Wall Street location included almost no natural light […] as we were looking out onto the air conditioning unit. Still, for the price and location, I have little to complain about. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Economic choice in NYC"
With other hotels in the financial district $100 to $200 more a night, the Club Quarters is an economical choice for business he travel in the area. There are very few amenities but a nice lounge and an arrangement with Baileys a restaurant and pub right next door.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good, affordable, no frills hotel"
The hotel was pretty basic and nothing fancy which is all that I needed for a one night stay. The Wall Street subway stop is right across the street. The self check-in/check-out kiosk was easy and convenient to use. The rooms were a little small but really all that I needed. If you're out sight-seeing all day, a clean bathroom and a bed is all that […] I need. Service was very good and attentive. The only drawbacks were the noisy AC unit in the room and the fire alarm that went off at 2 am on a Saturday night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"History in the midst of the Financial District"
The Club Quarters Hotel is a guest-friendly haven that provides reasonably-priced, clean rooms to travelers. One of the amenities that was most appreciated was a room guests could use to hold luggage after departure time. This enabled us to lengthen our visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was a good size but the hotel overall was a little dated. It's located next to most of the major trains so it's easy to get around, but the area is not the most exciting, especially at night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The Club Quarters far exceeded our expectation - spacious, great value, excellent service, and super location! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC for a short or long stay.
