I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is outstanding, from the front desk to Valent Parking. They addressed me by my name every time and did many little things that were above and beyond normal service. It's also located for easy walking to River Street and City MarketI was on the 5th floor and had a good rooftop view of the city. The comfort bedding was good, and I slept well there. And for the price, it was nice to have a restaurant, bar, and room service. I would definely stay here againL

We had an awesome 2 bedroom unit in Kingfisher. Great view of the ocean. The jacuzzi was better than mine at home. Very clean and nicely appointed room. We enjoyed using our free pass to Sea Pines to drive around and going to Harbour Town. Can't wait to go back next year.

Wish I could give a higher rating. Everything was perfect. We have been going to HHI for 30 years and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Even the fold out couch was comfortable. Check-in was even fun! Wish I could get these rates in the summertime.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The units are clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. I do have 3 complaints: 1. We paid for ocean front. We were placed on the first level of units, which is the 2nd floor of the building and we looked right out on the roofline of ANOTHER BUILDING - the bar for one of the pools. This was ocean view, at best, […] by hanging off the balcony. 2. We were up at 4am to get to a race in Savannah and were greeted by cold showers. called the front desk and were told that this was a "water saving" feature (?!?) and to run the water in the jacuzzi for 5-10 minutes until it got hot and then try the shower - absolutely no apologies for this crazy feature. 3. There is a "nature walk" with "river" on the property where you can feed fish and turtles (food that you purchase). My daughter was really looking forward to this. Don't waste your time, scum on water, no fish or turtles. While the place is beautiful, for the money I expect much more service. Read more

We wanted to treat our son to a luxury after his USMC Parris Island Boot Camp Graduation. Our accommodations were much grander than we had expected. Our son wondered how we could afford such a luxurious villa. Although the temps were in the 40s, we walked barefoot on the beach. We cooked breakfast in our suite. Life is good!
