Was the nicest of the hotels in the area, but don't expect to go anywhere without driving. There is no hotel shuttle and no taxis in the city. But very comfortable and walking distance from food/gas stations.

Flew in for the Mount Union game. Came with little sleep, get to the room Sat night ready to crash and notice urine on the toilet. I cleaned. Got up the next morning to shower, there was a towel hanging on the back of the door that had fresh blood spots on it, gross! Then went to brush teeth and the sink had obviously not been cleaned. I stay here often […] and never had this happen before. I'm supposed to stay this weekend for the Mount game, not sure now. I did not speak to the morning manager, had to catch a flight back to FL. We could not be more comfortable in this hotel (both kids and parent). The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable (I travel with my own pillow), and the pool and spa is a bonus for added comfort. Excellent choice of breakfast items and excellent lunch and dinner options within walking distance. Highly recommend!

First of all this is certainly the best place to stay in Alliance, OH, and This is actually based on a trip that my wife to and the evaluation is relative to stays at similar hotels around the country. It's the perfect location for my travel destination, Mount Union. My only disappointment with my experience at the hotel really was not the hotel's fault, […] that is, there was a very loud reunion taking place in the hallway that was very annoying and disrespectful of all other guests such as myself whom were trying to fall asleep. I have already chosen to return to this hotel when we take our son back to enroll at Mount Union, hopefully then there will be peace and quiet after 10pm. Read more

I only stayed 2 nights, but the room was very clean, and the beds were comfy. Best part was being able to take a swim after driving 8 hours, and hang out in the hot tub. The breakfast was the best continental one Ive ever had. Eggs, bacon, yogurts, cereal, pancakes, fresh coffee, different types of cream/milk, cinnamon buns ect. Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was well appointed and a marked improvement over stays at other Holiday Inn Express'. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the beds, linens and towels. So much so that I looked at the label of the towels to see what the brand was and have inquired about the type of mattresses. The staff was very […] friendly and professional, which is often hard to come by in a small town. The few negatives relate to the breakfast eggs, the exercise room and laundry. The scrambled eggs served at breakfast are truly horrible and inedible. There were quite a few other choices, including pancakes that we just fine. The exercise room also was a disappointment; very small with antiquated equipment. the laundry facilities consisted of a very loud washing machine located on the third floor (would hate to have been in the room next to it) and was then out of order entirely. Stayed for 2 days for anniversary. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Complimentary breakfast included eggs and bacon in addition to delicious cinnamon rolls, cereal, toast, etc. Would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for travelling back and forth to Canton during the Pro Football HOF weekend. The hotel in general and the room in particular was clean and the breakfasts were great. The location is easy to get in and out of with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
