A very comfortable hotel and a nice place for light kiteboarding and water sports. It is a very windy beach so there are lots of seaweeds on the beach, very quiet and great service.

The Mercure hotel is a nice place to stay when you're in Sanur. It's not in the middle of the city center, but close enough and with many restaurants nearby. this was our second stay and we like it still - even though on both occasions our nominated room type was unavailable, needed maintenance or had been sold off to a group booking and the hotel has attempted a downgrade or shift to twins when we wanted a queen bed. This hotel's amenities are comfortable outside the room. If you pay for the cheapest room that's what you get. It's not terrible, but its not wonderful. Breakfast and drinks are really over priced. The first room they put us in was very old and small and needed to be cleaned. We asked to move to another room for the same price and it was significantly […] better. That bothered us because why wouldn't they have put us in the nicer room to begin with. We needed a converter and we had to walk to the desk to get it, they wouldn't bring it to us. When we got there it was because we had to put a deposit down and sign some paperwork for it. The shower had soap scum all over it. The balcony was pretty and big. The "private beach" was kind of dirty and had lots of sticks and rocks, not white sandy beaches like promised. The pool chairs wouldn't move up and down and didn't have cushions. The beds were comfortable though. Wi fi was available but you had to pay in the room but it was free in the lobby. Overall it wasn't awful and I guess its considered one of the nicest resorts in Sanur. For double the cost of this room you can stay at the Hyatt Regency. Like I said, you get what you pay for. The handle fell off the tap in the shower. The toilet seat was boken. The tap in the wash hand basin was shaking around and needed some spanner work. The room was a bit shabby and really needs a makeover. We arrived after midnight and left at 11 a.m. next morning so it was o.k. or us. But if we had been staing longer, I would have moved out. Having read some online reviews, I was apprehensivebut thought I would book anyway. We arrived late, however we were promtly attended to, and only took a few minutes to book in. Location is right at the bottom of Sanur, so in a very quiet part of Sanur, but hotel provides a shuttle service on the hour right up to the main part of Sanur, which is alot busier. If the shuttle was not available, we jumped in a blue taxi, cost is about 15,000 rupiah - at the time about $1.60AUD. There are a few restaurants within 100m, and also a short walk up the road, you come across shops for massages , bars, shopping and restaurants. We stayed at the Sanur Beach hotel and found the Mercure quite similar for room standards and pools. Mercure seemed a bit quieter at times, than when we stayed last year at the Sanur Beach Hotel. We stayed at this hotel recently as a friend was getting married there. Overall the hotel was ok (average), however there are nicer hotels in Sanur. If we were to come back to Sanur again, I would prefer to book at another hotel. The rooms were a good size, and the day bed in each room is great for a child to sleep on. I read some reviews before we […] got there which said that the decor of the rooms was outdated, however I found it to be in typical style for Bali and not outdated at all. The grounds are also nice and well maintained. I had a massage at the spa at the hotel and that was also quite nice. While buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good, I would not recommend eating a la carte from the restaurant. For what you pay, if you walk down the street there are many nice restaurants which you can get better value for money. The food tasted nice, but there just wasn't very much of it for the price. There was no swin up bar (to me, this is something we look for in a Bali hotel). While there was a comment on the hotel website that there are facilities of a gym available, there is no gym. The bar did not make very nice cocktails, and I found the drinks to be a bit overpriced for what they were. Also the kids club was very dissappointing. All in all- this was a nice hotel. Average. Whilst I was not completely dissapointed, improvements to service could be upgraded, things like, a mini bar with something actually in the bar refridgerator would be good, and NOT an optional extra, tea and coffee supply could well be improved, 2 satchels of coffee, sugar and creamer powder, for 2 people per day is very poor indeed, ( what happened?, […] there was no tea at all. Coffee / Tea cups were of very poor quality indeed. Breakfast was not included, it was an extra cost, whereas other hotels in Sanur included breakfast. my overall view is, " it is a good hotel in general, with the potential to be great" provided they look after the little things that makes the difference between a good hotel to a great hotel. HI we chose the mercure because it was the closest to another venue where we had a wedding the next day, for that reason it was great and some things quite nice. We found when we tried to order the High tea, that was promoted in our room, that each person didnt understand what we wanted and passed us onto another ext. to call finally we went to the restaurant with the brochure i hand and said NO cos it ended in Sept - it was Oct 1st??? ok then dont promote in the room next time. The Giant Ice tea was fabulous in the restaurant but NOT the same standard by the pool bar - the service at the pool bar was dreadful, at 11 am we couldnt order at the pool bar, before 12pm there but told to go to our room to order room service - so we did and then had to wait there for close to 1 hour waiting in our room when we could have sat by the pool - just so slow and wasted our time as a guest by waiting.... not impressed by being called at 11 am to ask could someone come and take our luggage as check out was 12pm and we had to wait for our food - wished we could have had the food delivered to the poolside but we were told no to that request. if you improve the service and english skills of frontline staff, it would be much better and we would go again. thanks for asking and although it wasnt everything we wished for, for 1 night it was ok. all in all ok, nice enough, just expected Read more

The hotel is well positioned on the edge of Sanur and on the beach. Rooms are comfortable with Free wi fi in the rooms. The pools were sparkling and clean, Grounds well maintained with friendly staff at reception and in housekeeping. Pool service was a little slow (probibly because it was quite busy). Situated next to the Sanur Beach Hotel This hotel is very quiet and personal. Hotels in this area are older than Kuta but the speed of life is much slower. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better but don't get me wrong it was certainly acceptable. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

ホテルの前にカフェがありそこで食事もできますし、５分ほどあるけば日本食レストラン「サマサマ」もあり値段もリーズナブルでした。買い物はスーパーへのシャトルがあり便利でした。娘が具合が悪くなった時は、メディカルルームで診てもらえましたが、夜１０時ごろに再び容態が悪くなった時もフロントに連絡すると、ドクターが１５分ほどで部屋まで来て診察してくれました。

Da eines unserer zwei resevierten Zimmer nicht verfügbar war, wurde uns ohne Aufpreis die normalerweise erheblich teurere Familiensuite angeboten, was wir annahmen. Dazu erhielten wir für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts Gutscheine für das reichhaltige Buffettfrühstück. Die Angestellten des Hotels waren durchweg freundlich und bemüht, und vermittelten […] den Eindruck, dass sie gerne bei Mercure Accor arbeiteten. Die Hotelanlage ist nicht unübersichtlich groß, sondern gerade passend. Tennisplatz und Swimminpools (zwei) sind vorhanden. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Der hellgelbe feine Sandstrand ist auch super. Ein ganz großes MINUS ist allerdings, dass man im Meer nicht richtig baden kann. Das Meer ist mindestens die ersten 200 m nur Knie hoch (egal ob Ebbe oder Flut) und ein riesiger Algenteppich geht dort entlang. Durch diesen kann man auch nicht durchgehen, […] da dort lauter Tiere wie Seeschlangen und Seesterne leben. Auch wenn man den Strand entlang läuft wird das Meer zum Baden nicht besser. Für schnorcheln und schwimmen ist die Region Sanur generell nicht geeignet. Da muss man schon mit einem Boot rausfahren. Wer allerdings nur am schönen Sandstrand liegen möchte und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen will und zum Baden nur in einen der beiden Pools geht, ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, wenn man ein Stück die Straße entlang geht, kommen viele Restaurants. Besonders gut ist der Italiener "Massimo" wenn man mal wieder die europäische Küche essen möchte und ist auch nicht so teuer. Die Qualität ist herausragend. Auch das Eis vom Straßenverkauf ist sehr lecker. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Standardzimmer und man erkannte schon, dass es abgewohnt ist, ABER super sauber. Für uns war es kein Problem, da uns z.B. die abgenutzten Fließen im Bad nicht störten. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls gut. Das üppige Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, allerdings war es täglich gleich. Read more

信价比很好。酒店的环境非常好，适合度假，酒店后面的沙滩人很少，非常美，可以snorkeling, 海草有点多，但是海草附近有些各种各样的小鱼和别的生物，还有没有毒的普通海蛇。酒店1.5公里内，好像有个潜水地点，叫Dog's Point, 水深大概6-7米，有大片的珊瑚，还有各种鱼类，底下被铺了十块路，就像个水底小花园。非常美

朝ごはんのブッフェのクロワッサン、ドーナツがとてもおいしかったです。時間も朝6時からはじまっていて、朝早くから出かけたかった私たちにとても都合がよかったです。 また、ホテルの部屋が4部屋くらいの小さな単位のバンガローが点在しているので、静かにすごせました。 ただ、水周りが、少し不満でした。バスタブがないのと、水がすこし臭うのが気になりました。

Понравился отель. Мере недалеко, плаж шириной около 50 м. У двух бассейнов и у моря всегда были свободные шизлонги, не смотся на Новый год. Большая зеленая территория. Кождый час ходит бесплатный автобус до супермаркета.

・部屋＆ホテル内はとっても奇麗 ・ロケーションは非常によい、プライベートビーチがとってもきれい。 （近くにサーフポイントがあり、毎朝、朝ご飯を食べながら確認できる。） ・ホテルのサービスの充実している。（いたれりつくせりである。） ・ホテルの従業員は、日本語がはなせる人はいない。 ・繁華街（クタ）から20分の場所（サヌール）にあるため夜遊びする方にはものたりないかも。しかし、うるさいのが苦手な人は非常に満足であると思う。 ・シャワーの温度調節がいまいち悪い。（熱かったり冷たかったりする。） ・キングサイズベットの部屋を予約したが、オーバーブックしていて、ツインベットしかないと言われた。（クレームをだしたらアップグレードしてくれた・・・。）

Après un long voyage depuis la France vers Bali et arrivant relativement tard à l'Hotel ( 22 heures), nous étions pressés de pouvoir prendre les clés de notre chambre d'Hotel. Malheureusement, la personne de la réception nous explique que suite à un problème, notre chambre (supérieure) n'est plus disponible. Par bonheur, il restait une chambre que nous […] avons prise bien volontiers. Par contre, cette chambre sentait le renfermé, nous avons également trouvé deux boîtes de "Rennie" au sol. Nous n'étions pas seuls dans la chambre, un gros cafard s'est montré et enfin la chasse d'eau a coulé toute la nuit. La chambre d'hôtel était vraiment en dessous de ce que nous avons eu par la suite pour un prix équivalent à la chambre supérieure. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et l'environnement de l'hôtel très bien notamment la plage privée. Nous n'avons sans doute pas eu de chance avec cette chambre. Avis mitigé tout de même sur l'ensemble. Read more
