Nice hotel. And friendly staff. Bed was old and not well kept. Noise emanating from te bed frame and mattress was actually loud enough to wake up periodically, as one changed position during sleep. The ice maker across the hallway is loud and 'cranks' up' loudly every few hours. The hotel should be able to fix these issues easily. Overall, it is nice faciiliru, and these issues were specific to the room, and should not deter the business traveller from staying here.

staff was great! was was excellent only problem was the couch was not comfortable at all thats why i give it a 3 other than that it was a 5 six flags is not that far away i would suggest the trolley cause your feet will be sore great stay would stay again

"Nice Place to Stay"
Nice Hotel, little expensive forwhat you get, and internet was weak as well as cable channel selection

"Comfort Suites Roanoke--a nice stopover"
We had stayed at this hotel before. We found it to be comfortable with many desirable amenities. We used it as a stopover on our trip back home from Lubbock; a nice break in a long trip. The property remains as an island in a burgeoning suburb. Close to DFW and the Texas Motor Speedway, but far enough away that you don't have the hustle of the Metroplex. […] Clean, well-appointed, fairly new, it's a nice place to unwind from the road. Unfortunately, we will not have an opportunity to stay here again; it's not on the way to anything we're going to. If there is another property like this on our way to another destination, we would like to stay there. Read more

Clean, quiet facility....comfortable room...competent helpful staff.

I reserve room 3 month in advance for warriror dash and when I finally arrive to hotel to check in service rep looking nervous and confused. They didnt want to speak with me due to the fact they over booked multiple rooms and they had the idea of redirecting me to a sister company hotel. After talking to the manager about this issue they put me in a […] room. I lived 4 hrs away from this event and didnt want to deal with this and was frustrated. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is location. It is very close to the even and if you drive 10 minutes away you can find a walmart and resteruants. Next time I will trust the reviews written on this site and go to a better hotel even if its a bit further. I was not familiar with his area but honestly once I was there it was very easy to navigagte. The town of roanoke was a very nice place but this hotel is not the talk of the town. Read more
