First the 5 star rating for this hotel is false. The hotel is convenient for flying out of Belfast. The hotel and rooms are dated. The room was dirty, cookies all over the carpet, the air didn't work, and opening the window was very noisy and flies were everywhere. The bed is horrible, a hard, and very thin mattress which we checked for bedbugs and […] didn't find any. There is no place to charge cell phones. Room was quiet even though close to airport. Breakfast was not included. WiFi was not included. Bedside lamp had no bulb in it. It was a very convenient place to stay to catch an early morning flight out of Belfast. I would stay there again, for that reason.

It was a good option to the weekend. We arrived late on friday and went on foot to our hotel. In the first day we went to Belfast by bus, in the second we rent a car in the airport to know the coast and on Monday we had to take the flight very early.

Adequate and satisfactory hotel adjacent to the airport so ideal for conferences and early/late travel. The breakfast was over-priced for the actual quality. Hotel is on similar standard to Premier Inn and rooms are beginning to look a little tired.

Perfect for a very early morning flight. Right on the doorstep of the airport. Free wifi in reception but NOT in the rooms! Hate this, I've paid for the room and should have it for free whereas people can walk in from the street and get it without paying. Marked down as a result.

The two nights we spent at the Park Plaza were great. Our plane got in fairly early in the morning, and check-in wasn't until 2PM. However, the front desk was happy to take our bags and see if she could arrange for a room to be ready as soon as possible because we were clearly tired. The location of the hotel is wonderful - literally a minute's walk across the parking lot to the airport and shuttle bus which takes you into the city centre. A return day ticket is £10, and the bus comes fairly often during the day (every 15 minutes, I believe.) The hotel is about 35-45 minutes away from Belfast's city centre, and that's the only reason I scored a point less on the convenience of the hotel's location. For the smokers out there, there are no smoking rooms, only an area in front of the hotel to the side, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Read more

Starting from bathroom to the bed everything was old, the room was so hot and the temparature control so old fashioned tht doesnt seem to work at all, furniture such as chair cushion was so old tht i can see stains on them. A very pleasant stay, comfortable. They need to broaden their healthy eating options. At a cost of £9 for a continental breakfast, there was no flora spread just butter. There was zero no fat or low yoghurts. Just brown bread and fruit! Staff were extremely helpful in the reception. Staff in general were friendly and polite.
