if you are looking for a place to get some peace, quiet and rest, then this is not it!! You can hear not only the people on the floor above you, but on either side of you, as well as the staff in the hallways!!

After sending me to dirty room first, the next room was very nice and clean. Although, I found it odd that both the tv and lamps were unplugged for some reason. Overall a nice place at a very reasonable rate.

The room was cold, we had to put the heat up to 75. The pillows were flat. There were no ammenities, not even a bottle of shampoo. There were about two tissues in the box. One of the desk chairs was broken.

This hotel had 2 wings, the one I was in was renovated in the last year or so. When you walk in, there is a sweet, bit cloying smell that is being pumped out of vent. some of the reviews mention bad odors so I think they're trying to combat it by masking it in the front lobby. This chain is a step or two above Motel 6 and other low budget places, but […] it's nice that the doors are all indoor hallways, unlike a motel. and of course you have the fairly big kitchenette: with microwave, stove, cabinets, and sink. But no dishwasher. If staying for several days, really would recommend bring your own cleaning sponge or tool, and your own silverware or plastic ware. They provide cooking tools and cutlery, but i would not trust the cleanliness. There is no dishwasher, and dishes are not part of maid service. The rooms are only totally cleaned 1x week, and they do bring towels as requested. They also don't automatically put out shampoo/conditioner unless you request it, and it's super tiny bottles. I used the coffeemaker, but it was dirty (not the glass carafe, but the rest of the coffeemaker). if you want to use the kitchen tools, just wash everything yourself with your own sponge to feel safer. The furniture is updated & comfortable and the tv was nice. For the price it's a great value, especially if you like to be able to buy food and keep it in room. I didn't notice any major bad smells in the room, but there was some slight off odors, couldn't put my finger on what it is. Read more

The sheets did tuck in at the sides so our bums were exposed when we layed on our sides. Carpet was very stickie by bed.Told the staff on check in but did nothing about it. We were there for three days. Tub was very slippery, needs anti-slips strips., Coffee kept running out at breakfast Would not stay here again..

it was one of the worst experiences I had. The room smelled bad, the staff was hard to find, especially after hours, the whole floor smelled of ciragette smoke, there was no cleaning done in the morning, I had to stay with my friends the second night, checked out the next morning and loiked for another hotel.

there are adjacent Extended Stay hotels...My confirmation was at 6189...which was nicer than 6199..where we were told told our reservation was. It would have been nice to have had a pool. The hotel was fine..room fine...location fine.

Location was perfect for our purpose. Inexpensive compared to other nearby hotels. Very strange check-in process. There are two buildings, one has a sign that says lobby, the other an address. Lazy young man is wrinkled, untucked shirt greeted us. Was rude and abrupt. Sent us to a room that was not cleaned around 6pm. Other family checked into a room at 10pm which was not cleaned either. They don't have cribs or roll away beds. They do not clean your room unless you stay 6 or more days. When you call another room, you don't just dial the […] room number. Have to call the front desk and ask for the room. We found this out after being told by one employee to dial 9 another said 7. No pool. Cheap wrapped, small muffins and apples for breakfast only. I would never recommend or stay as a guest in the future. My experience at the hotel was horrible. I arrived at 12:30 from a long 5 and a half hour drive. Exhausted! Only to arrive to rude service from the front desk telling me that I cannot check in until 3:00 pm. I asked if the hotel can make any accomodations so that i could check in before 3:00 […] because my cousins wedding ceremony was at 3:00. The women in the front desk responded with, " well you should have booked a room for friday night". I have never experienced a hotel so rude that will not make any accomodations for their guests. Their hotel advertises their rooms with they provide the highest quality of hospitality..that sure is some bull. To end my review short, I overheard other guest experiencing the same with their check in and being denied any services until it was 3:00 pm on the dot. My fiance and i had to take a power nap in our car when it was 91 degrees outside. In addition, I arrived late to cousins wedding ceremony the wedding ceremony due to this inconvenience. Inside the room: Reeked of smoke. The shower squealed. The refrigerator in the room was turned all the way to '1', took hours to get to a useable temp. The A/C wouldn't turn on. The TV feed was poor. The internet was horribly slow (they try to get you to buy their 'faster' internet). The bed was the worst I've slept in in years (I travel 4-5 nights/mo […] for business). Windows wouldn't open (couldn't get fresh air from the smoke smell). Fridge woke us up early making crazy noises. The rest of the place: The stairwell reeked of paint and the hallway reeked of smoke. Just outside the door (around the back side, closer to our room) had dozens of cigarette butts littered around. The stairwell had garbage on the ground from the beginning to end of our visit. Very happy with my stay, they have remodeled and the place looks great. Much improved.. new carpets, the beds are so comfortable now, tons of pillows, big screen tv. New everything really.

Main reception closed at 11:00pm. Doors locked and the after hours staff could not find my reservation. Finally found the reservation in another building of the Hotel. Then to cap it off, no shampoo in the room.

We stayed on this hotel for a night on our trip to southern California. We have a small dog and they accomodate our pet. The place is very clean and comfortable for a night stay. There are shops around and it is very close to 101. Our room didn't have a blow dryer and not enough soap and shampoos for a family of three!

I needed a place to sleep for a short time. I found this place. It was relatively close. All good so far. The place was an efficiency studio. That seemed good. BUT I have to turn on the wall heater. I smelled like something was burning. I checked the air return and it was FULL of dirt/lint. Okay the smell went away. BUT the refrigerator cycled on and […] off. It was loud. I was awoken at 2:30 once again and could not sleep. After about an hour I decided to just leave. Now I might come back to this place in a pinch but I will check out the refrigerator noise for sure.
